I have always had a good experience with Greens Organics, both quality of the products and the service. This last time (order dated 21.1.26) they went the extra mile to rectify a problem with delivery caused by me, so that my friend received the Greens insulin with only a days delay, not just the action they took but the very prompt and friendly conversations. Well happy customer.

Every other company who I have a subscription with sends a notice a few days before shipping to allow me to cancel, amend, change the date etc. Golden Greens don't. They auto renew without notice and make it very difficult to cancel a subscription. They are likely breaking the law on auto renewal and returns. Avoid Golden Greens.

So impressed with this company’s service.
A hiccup with my subscription was dealt with immediately with kindness ans efficiency. A rare joy - a human with a name helped me!

I ordered some Organic Red Yeast Rice supplements - probably in haste as I have concerns about my LDL levels. I did speak to them (Maurice) who assured me it was safe - which in fairness for some it might be. However after speaking to an independent Nutritional Therapist she advised that a 10mg of Monacolin is the absolute upper limit and that Red Yeast Rice should only be taken for short periods of time. I did take 1 tablet and felt a bit nauseous but this could have been my imagination! Unfortunately Golden Greens do not refund once opened so be absolutely sure and do thorough research. I actually read somewhere that taking a statin would be a safer bet! Not what I want to do but at least you have appropriate support if things go wrong. I wasted nearly £30.00 and am back to the drawing board as far as managing my LDL.

After leaving a 1 star review on Greens Organic website several weeks ago, it is still to be published. So beware, they only publish 5 star reviews on their website, which is so dishonest. After asking them about this on their chat, they have not replied.

I took red rice yeast tablets for 6 months to try and lower my cholesterol rather than go on statins. Shockingly after 6 months my cholesterol had dropped slightly but my ALT liver result had gone from 17 to the dangerous level if 184. Please be careful of this product.

I purchased a product from this company and it was rubbish. It was a fibre supplement which did not dissolve in water as instructed on the packet and it did not have any effect on my digestive system whatsoever. It was expensive too. I contacted the company who refused to refund me. I would not use this company again.

It has been a long while now that I have been ordering from them on and off. On two occasions I needed to speak with someone and both times I had a very decent and patient chat and response from whoever picked up the phone.
I only decided to write a review (and am surprised there are no reviews for this Company; me being the first reviewer) because this time there WAS (and still is) a change in my anxiety levels. I am taking 6 different supplements now trying to combat this horrible condition and for the first time in 14 years I am able to take only the minimal dose (of only 5 mg) of my lab pill and feel normal. I have tried so many times to reduce but it never worked. Then I decided to start treating the gut and here I am - 7 days on the supplements (and the tiny-mg pill) and I am already experiencing the difference. Amazing.
Thank you guys for a) answering your phones; b) being ready to listen and discuss and c) for making sure your products are genuine.
Please don't change the formula of the Ashwaganda.
