Completely unacceptable customer service. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and even chased them up. They happily took my money and gave nothing in return.

This is the lowest rating i have ever given a company and utterly disappointed.

They no longer sell butane, so its useless now.
You can't supply to London if you don't ship, no-one here drives.

Big up to Green Spirit for a good range, great customer service and speedy deliveries. I come for the New Millennium nutrients and Optic Foliar products which are must haves in my grow. I always end up with more in the basket as I check out their range. Grove Terplock bags, microbial teas, etc. etc...... what ever your grow needs. 🤪

💯 % real customer I’ve never ever righten a review in my life and more that likely will never again but had to let people no how good this place is I stumbled across this shop by accident last week I was going to a shop I used to go to but they had moved but not changed the web site so I got talking to some body and he put me on to this place what was near by and I tried it out and was not disappointed the place is amazing it has everything you want and all the top names of equipment the staff was so help full they spent at least two hours looking after me making sure I had everything I needed and even the boss came out and said hi he even knocked money of my end bill 💵 and gave me something for free . I didn’t get round to opening all my stuff for a few days but when I did I noticed that I had something missing from my order so I rang the shop up and explained my situation as I live far away and they was so apologetic and put my order first class recorded delivery and I had it in my hand in less than 24 hours after I rang and they even chucked me something for free to say sorry for the mistake where do you get service like that I could speak more highly about this place everybody should be going there if your doing a big order it’s a must as you will save lots of pennies as I think this place wholesales to all other shop in uk so it will be the cheepist as there is no middle man putting his two pence on the bill it a no brainier go see it for your self

The product the service I can't fault it was delivered to me very quickly and very well protected from any damage to item but the item looks robust and well made but I don't know how good it works because I've ordered for wrong size pipe should have been 9mm pipe instead of 13mm my fault not supplier

I was desperate for some items quickly and everywhere was shut but this place was open. Excellent range of products at a reasonable price. Only negative is that the poor lad working there was rushed off his feet answering phone calls and serving customers. I then had to wait whilst he closed the shop so he could run over to the warehouse and get my order and then close the warehouse back up and come back to the shop to give it me. He was really apologetic but it seemed like a bad system, why not have more staff on??? Apart from that, 10/10 and I'll be coming back.

Really hard it’s placing an online order and then picking it up in store over a weekend. Staff just don’t know where anything is or how to get to or find anything within the other storeroom! The online prices are cheaper than the in store prices and they can’t price match when you go in store although you can show them the price on your phone. I was told there’s nothing they can do! However, all the staff are actually the nicest guys in the world. Definitely not there fault, just a system problem the manager needs to work through!

The price of the product was competitive and it was dispatched amazingly quickly. For some reason DHL kept delaying the shipment but that was through no fault of the seller. Great service, thank you!
