DO NOT USE.......ZERO STEALTH

BOX ARRIVED SPLIT AT END SHOWING OFF CANNA BAGS, OTHER BOX SPLIT DOWN MIDDLE SHOWING HYDROTON BAG AND A LABEL ON TOP RIGHT NEXT TO MY ADDRESS WHIKCH SAYS "ONE OF THE LARGEST SUPPLIERS OF GROWING EQUIPMENT IN THE UK. NEVER EVEN HEARD OF STEALTH SHIPPING THESE MUPPETS...... DO NOT USE UUNLESS YOU WANT EVERYONE KNOWING YOUR BUSINESS. BOXES HELD TOGETHER WITH ONE LINE OF FRAGILE TAPE, UTTER GENIUS.......TW@TS

Apologise about the issues with your order with us, I did try and reach out after your initial email but we had no response back.

All packages that leave us are packed in PLAIN boxes for discreet delivery - These left us packed to the standard we ALWAYS send parcels out, unfortunately when our couriers collect from that point the delivery is out of our hands.

The label you are referring to is a leaflet with a discount code for future uses which is placed and packed WITHIN each box as a thank you for ordering with us.

From the sounds of what has happened, unfortunately the parcel packaging has broke in transit the couriers have then tried to
re-pack this and stuck the discount code leaflet to the outer box.

As per my email, We apologise for the issues with this - All of our parcels we send out and packaged well and discreet, but unfortunately things can happen in transit which is out of our control.

Poor

Poor. Ordered July 27th, 6 Aug now, still nothing, requested refund, ignored and told it is on the way "matey".

No sign of any delivery en-route. Avoid wasting your time.

its dhl that let us down combined with a delivery address problem we did everything we could to provide you with good customer service and have now refunded the order after receiving the itemsback due to 3 failed delivery attempts
