They dont care about customer
I tried to order a bottle but next day tried to cancel it. I did not hear back at all so I tried 8 more times using 2 email methods and 3 phone calls. I still have yet to hear back from this company. This is absurd and shows they do not care about the customer at all. Its been over 2 weeks. All I want is refund and a way to ship the product back (yes they sent it even after i requested to cancel order 8 times) free.
Warranty is a farce
I purchased 4 of these cups. The company says its dishwasher safe unlike the others. I did occasionally put them thru the dishwasher. The paint has chipped off 2 of them. Then the 20 oz cup lid broke this last week the flip top broke in two l. I reached out to the company for a new cover. They said these were out of stock. Then shortly thereafter I got an email with the lids for purchase. I ignored that bc I was under the assumption it would be a replacement part under their warranty.
I emailed again and was told that's not warranties. Then I started to research and found they are not a BB accredited company bc they've had so many complaints.
Wish I'd done more research before buying them.
You have to pay to return items out of your own pocket
This company is a fraud. They promote “hassle free returns” which is a lie. I emailed them to let them know I needed to return the two items i ordered ( did not fit on cup holders) they promote cup holder friendly, it’s a lie. I was told to pay the return fee and I would get my money back with receipt. I did, I paid $14 to returned the two items. I was later told by Jenn that all returns are at customer’s expense, because i ordered the product from the company directly instead of using Amazon. What is that about? That is not what i was told. So now i find myself $14 short and no tumbler. This is a very unhappy no longer customer. Beware of their POOR customer service (Jenn) and don’t believe what they advertise.

GreensSteel is a fraudulent company with very questionable “customer service”.
I purchased 2 of their mugs along with handles. They advertise mugs fit in all cup holders which turned out to be not true, then their promise of 100 % leak proof also turned out to be false. The person I dealt with was called Jenn, not sure if this is a real person or an AI but I do not get any responses from them. They promised initially they would give me a partial refund if I keep the mugs or I return the items. I emailed a few times after telling them of my decision but not response followed. I raised a new ticket with them and the same Jenn responded with a template answer asking for the order details, I attached the previous email correspondence and again no answer, now I am looking into how to report the company as this is unacceptable.
Customer service is not good
Customer service is not good! They responded to me once, and I haven't heard from them after several repeat emails. They do not stay true to the lifetime warranty and said my replacement was lost by Amazon, said they would send another replacement and tracking information, have not received tracking information or the replacement product. It's a bummer that their customer service sucks, because I did like the original product, however, the customer service is so poor I will be purchasing something similar from a different company.

😡 BUYER BEWARE! Company does not stand behind their "lifetime warranty." The black coating on our black powder coated cups started chipping, so I emailed the company to get them replaced through their warranty. I had purchased them only six months ago. They asked me if I wanted to keep the cups and receive a 30% discount for new cups or return them for a refund. I asked if I could return the black cups and have them replaced with the plain stainless steel cups. They responded that was acceptable. They stated they would send the replacements when they were back and stock and that I could keep the black cups. They asked for my address and I sent it. I then checked on the status of the stainless steel cups on their website and saw they were in stocked, so I questioned about this and got no response. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive my new cups and have had zero responses to follow up emails. BUYER BEWARE!

I really love the metal cups
I really love the metal cups. I bought them when I was exhausted with small children in lockdown, I was smashing 1 or more glasses a day, I was so exhausted. The metal ones didn't even dint on our slate floor. It has been 4 years and they look brand new and I used them every day.
Now my abilities have returned and I can be trusted with glass, I prefer the metal. They look great, feel nice to drink out of, don't affect the taste and I guess I still have a bit of throwback fear of dropping glass.
My children love the rainbow metal cups. When they were younger they loved the bottles too.

Had an issue with a broken lid whilst…
Had an issue with a broken lid whilst on holiday in May this year, contacted customer support via email and was informed that a replacement lid would be dispatched, it is now October and despite numerous emails I am still awaiting the said replacement, don’t trust the lifetime warranty.
UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSES REMAIN INCONSISTENT AND DISAPPOINTING OVERALL
UPDATE (October 18, 2024): I still have not received the replacement lids. I learned that they delivered the replacement lids to the wrong address. They have failed to follow up with my inquiry regarding why they did not deliver the replacement lids to me.
PREVIOUS - Has not responded to three e-mails and three telephone messages. I had a lifetime warranty on two (2) lids that broke. I sent them pictures as they requested and they have not responded. I will never do business with this company again. They care about you only when it results in money for them.

Doesn't respond to emails, jo one picks up the phone, and no way to leave voice mail. Paid for a 24 oz water bottle and received order confirmation. Company uses Swiship (Amazon) for shipping despite placing the order directly with Green Steel. Received an automated delivery delay notification then subsequent lost item notice and to contact Green Steel. No one picks up the phone and no one responds to repeat email inquiries. Waste of my time. I'm requesting my credit company to dispute the transaction and cancel payment.

I have ordered many items in the past but this last time my coffee mug arrived with a dent. I have reached out many times both by email and phone with no reply.
So much for warranty and refund. And of course they only list 5 star reviews. I sent in a 2 star review after reaching out. I will not buy anything ever again from this company.
Don’t reply to emails.
I bought my first tumbler from them and loved it so decided to buy another. When I did I accidentally ordered the same colour so I contacted them and asked for an exchange which they said was fine and sent me the details of how to return product. I returned the product. Since then nothing…. No refund no replacement. I have emailed them several times and contacted them via message service and had no response.
