Excellent service from initially walking into the store to look at log burners, the onsite survey and the final installation of the stove.
The installation team were brilliant, done a good job of getting the flue into the attic and then through the roof. Neat and tidy job.
The fire is great and gives out a lot of heat, we should have done this 3 years ago.

We had a great service from Greenstove Solutions, after being let down by another company. They kept us aware of potential issues we might face, due to our chimney but in the end the installation went very smoothly and they gave us a discount from the price quoted, as there wasn't as much labour as initially thought.
I would recommend them for your stove needs, as they highly knowledgeable and reliable.

Having wrestled with the pros and cons of a log burner for some time, I finally made a firm enquiry with Tom, who was excellent. I had to wait about 9 months to get it, but it was worth the wait. Connor and Ross were my fitters, and what an excellent job, very happy with the installation. There’s a couple of manufacturing defects to be sorted but I’m confident they will be dealt with.

The man that came to sweep our chimney was very friendly and did a thorough job,he left everything clean and tidy

The engineer came on time. The job was to sweep the chimney flue from our log burner stove - this was completed efficiently with many sheets protecting carpets and furniture from the dust and the room was left tidy and clean. On top of this he advised on the state of our firebricks and the chimney flue; we have acted on this advice and are very grateful. Their fees were very reasonable. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.
