The whole experience was really easy, from popping in the shop and looking at the range of wood burners available to having a free survey and then hassle free fitting.

I bought a wood burning stove from them this morning. The lady was so helpful. Booked for engineer to come and had stove in stock which I loved. So far excellent service which hopefully will continue until stove is fitted.

Apart from a long wait for delivery of our wood burner every thing else was perfect. When the men arrived to fit the burner they they were .cheerful, efficient and respectful of our house. On completion of the job you would not know they had been in the house. My wife was really impressed. A job well. done. Thankyou.

Great service all around from the people at the store to the people who came to install the wood stove.

The fitters were brilliant and did a marvellous job even though they said they’d left us a carbon monoxide monitor (apparently they were required to)
and when we looked in the box it was empty.
Paid the deposit for the burner in April and was told it would be fitted by the end of May. Rang the end of May looking for a date and was given excuses, a couple of which didn’t even apply. Ditto for June. July we we given a Tuesday and Wednesday that without prior warning ended up being Tuesday, Thursday.

I am always very happy with the service from Greenstove Solutions. I have my chimney swept by them for a few years now. Last year they repaired my wood burner & did a fantastic job. There customer service is a joy, they are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
