Friendly, efficient service and a great looking stove - small but warms up a 22 foot wide room a treat!

I felt at home and so relaxed, almost as soon as I walked in. Greeted by Honey, the dog and the wonderful Mel.
The range of products was more than enough and it took us no time to shortlist 5 wood burners.
The following survey was totally hassle free and the quote arrived by e-mail the following morning.
Within a week of viewing our order is now placed. Fantastic, just need it in now.

I am very pleased with my log burner. During the the purchasing process I found all staff from the ladies in the office, the fitters and the apprentice to be friendly, helpful and approachable and the work in my house was done to a high standard , in addition, the fitters took good care to protect my furniture. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous service from ordering to installation. We chose a Charnwood Aire 5kw stove. The job required a chimney liner and extensive hearth remodelling. Steff and his team worked quickly, efficiently and remarkably cleanly to complete the job to the highest standards and exceeded our expectations. Excellent Quality, service and value from all involved in the project. Highly recommended.

Great result yesterday 6th October, having found an experienced, professional and respectful team to install our Contura woodburner. The soapstone is beautiful. Team cleaned up after job was finished each day, oh, and, no loud radio playing! All the job was carried out solely by the two man team and not by separate sub contractors unlike some well known alternatives in the Thanet area. Thanks so much to Mel in the showroom as she was warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the large range of burners.

I cannot speak too highly about the quality of my stove installation. It was an inset stove so needed a lot more work than a normal stove.
The installers were so professional and competent. But they had that something special which was pride in their work. The finish was perfect. Tom could always have a fallback trade as a Plasterer!

The installers arrived on time and set about the task in a most professional way. They were pleasant and courteous throughout the installation.
The stove works very well and looks good.
The installers also gave me practical and sensible advice on the usage of the stove; particularly the first lightings.
Overall I am pleased with the stove and I look forward to being able to use it through the winter.
