Ordered 7th July, despatched supposedly on 8th July, Royal Mail 2 - 4 days, now on day 6 ? Sent Greenswing an email on Friday 11th, no response whatsoever, completely ignored ? Most other reviews with an issue had a response but not mine. I’d like a refund Greenswing please, I no longer want to buy or use your products. Order number #11208GSG. TEES ARRIVED TODAY, DAY 7 possibly 8 DEPENDING IN HOW YOU VIEW IT, ROYAL MAIL 2 - 4 DAY SERVICE WHOLLY UNRELIABLE AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED, NO ADVICE FROM ROYAL MAIL.

Thank you for getting in touch - I am happy to look into this for you.
I can see that your order was received on the 7th and subsequently picked, packed and shipped on the same working day using our free delivery option. This is a second class service that typically takes between 2 and 4 working days as you have correctly pointed out.
We do usually find this to be a reliable free delivery service, while we do also offer quicker and fully tracked services at an additional cost.
With today being the 7th working day, we would have expected your order to have arrived by now even with a couple of days extra grace, we will send you a private email shortly to best establish the next steps for you.
I am sorry that did not receive any response to your email, it would appear that your email sent on the 11th went directly to our junk/spam.
The team will reach out to you know, if an email hasn't been received shortly I would also advise that you check your junk/spam as it seems there are some issues here.
Rest assured we do aim to reply to all customer emails within a 48 hour window and we remain on hand to assist with all orders throughout. I can see that this is not your first order with us, so I would hope that you can see this is a one off occurrence where it looks like we have been let down by our delivery partner.
In any case, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

We can see if there is anything we can do to rectify this issue for you (replace or refund) and then investigate if there are any issues with any particular batches of our gloves.
All of our gloves are made using a high quality cabretta leather and we have many happy customers who order them on a regular basis. We would be interested to learn how your glove has fallen apart and if there are any improvements that we can make.
As an independent business, the feedback we receive from golfers all over the world (with different playing styles) is the best source of information we have to learn, improve and grow.
