Es wird sogar Sonntags bei Problemen geholfen!

Kurz vorweg: Ich habe letztes Jahr im Juni (2023) einen Huawei Wechselrichter (Sun2000) & einen Huawei Akku (Luna2000) mit 10KW bei Greentech gekauft. Trotz der hohen Preise vor einem Jahr, hatte man mir ein unschlagbares Angebot gemacht welches kein anderer so hätte machen können. Heute hatte ich dann ein Problem bei meinem Luna2000 und ich war am verzweifeln. Eine Nachricht an Greentech und mir wurde geholfen. Wohlgemerkt: Wir haben Sonntag & definitiv keine Selbstverständlichkeit eine Antwort zu erhalten. Dennoch wurde mir nach ca. 10min geantwortet und ein paar Schritte zur Problemlösung geraten. Top Support und Top Service. Problem wurde behoben! Nur zu empfehlen!
