After choosing to purchase the arizer solo, on the advice of my friend who's an IP manager, I looked for the best price. Green vape had the best price, and a little gift (a great quality grinder). The delivery was fast and well packaged.
So, as I'm considering buying another one as gift for a friend, I will probably go with green vape again !

After pondering for way to long, about the switch to a vape, the pax2 was in my hit list, but alas only available in the states, harsh words, said I, then I stumbled across These guys. A comprehensive website, which only fuelled my urge to speak with someone, which I did......

Called, had a great chat, with a really knowledgeable guy, ordered a Pax 2, it came when promised, exceeded my expectations, I love it. The easy, prompt, as described service was excellent, thankyou.

After relying on tobacco to aid my high for the last 11 years & being new to the Vaporising world I can only say I regret not finding you guys sooner... After finding out from my g.p. that i had the on set of emphysema. It was time to ditch that filthy tobacco habit. So after researching many vapes online and in person, I felt that the DaVinci Assent has by far, the best all round Vapouriser. Not only the glass pathway (Which you get supplied with 2 inbox); Complete digital heat control; Ceramic heating chamber, for that non-combustion heating and no burning. A decent battery life (2-3 hours) and automatic switch off. The hand held and pocket sized, sleek designs, really finishes it off. I've got the burlwood finish. Pretty stealthy from the ignorant "Policy enforcer" or doorman. Trust me, i'v blagged a few ;) Good with Dry herb, oils and extracts (2 glass buckets included to fit nicely into heating chamber). Ok, it is 1 of the higher priced vapes but quality comes at a price and not as expensive as some popular brands.
I had mine for approx a year before leaving it on a wall and knocked it into the sea. Yeah .. it doesn't seem to like that treatment, for some reason. However i am wanting to replace it swiftly as went back to smoking again and all my chest issues came rushing back. Personally, as well as it's recreational value; the medical use as a broncilator, is priceless.
Oh F.Y.I. If you miss the whole ceremony of rolling a decent doobie. or you like to share a J. Use the vaped bud as your mix. yeah it's combusted and will effect your lungs but no where as bad as that tobacco filth.

This tool is an investment but pays for itself many times over. Damn, I miss mine.

I love this vape. I consider it a womans Vape because it's quite heavy and large. ..and so some women have large handbags. If you get my drift.
Not that Men can't use it too. Of course :-)
Friends have commented on how heavy it is. But I don't consider this a negative at all.

If you are looking for something a lot more discreet and less heavy than maybe this Vape is not for you.

GreenVapes is a very good company. Very discreetly packaged and The Solo by Ariser is a very good Vape.
It can also be used as a potpourri heater. Which makes the room smell lovely.

I particularly picked this Vape because it has different heat settings. I enjoy the way it feels in my hand. The Vape feels smooth and warm when used.

I recommend this portable Vape very highly. It is a very good price and the service and delivery were excellent and speedy.

I bought a Silver Surfer from greenvapes in February and have now been smoke free for over 6 months. Can't recommend it enough, aroma is perfect, intensity adjustable, and it's nicely cost effective.

Delivery took a little longer than expected, but customer service responded quickly and it was with me within a couple of days of contacting.

I ordered an Arizer solo after much research and found Green Vapes to have the best price, and on top of that offer free next day delivery. I placed my order over the weekend, being a little eager I emailed on Monday morning to ensure the item would be out for delivery on Tuesday and had a reply almost instantly, assuring me my order was being processed and was told if I needed anything once I'd received my vaporiser to let them know, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Needless to say the vaporiser arrived the next day and I am in love with it. Haven't had any issues so I haven't had the need to contact them but it's nice to know they're extending the offer of help if it's needed, going the extra mile. I highly recommend Green Vapes to anybody looking to purchase a vaporiser (and accessories)!

The other day I was having a smoke of tobbaco.... And everyone was like I can smell.... Tobbaco, and didn't have a clue that it was me, even though there were 4 people in a small group and they were looking around trying to find who was smoking tobbaco... Worth the buy purely for that, very easily hidden especially if you wrap headphone around it ;) quite expensive but with the ten year warranty, you will never have to buy papers or tobbaco...... Actually no you will have to buy tobbaco... OKAY FINE YOU CAN SMOKE WITH HERBAL REMIDES IN IT ALSO

Green vapes were perfect fast delivery with your own personal assistant for any troubles who has given things away to people before if anything goes wrong

I must admit... I was a pain in the bottom cheeks, constantly looking at YouTube vids of 'best vape'. This succeeded in two things... 1. Constantly changing my mind and B. Getting me even more undecided. So... I packed a lunch box and set off to have a cyber chat with Green Vapes. They listened to my inexperience v budget and narrowed it down instantly to three Vapes, told me to stop looking at YouTube and trust them. I did ... And one Pax 2 vape later, my life has been turned around, I have the bestest vape for me and it even has my 'bling' requirement to boot! Seriously, they matched me to my perfect vape partner and I wish I would have contacted them sooner! Guys... I salute you and all who sail (see what I did there?!) with you :). After a long time deliberating over the da Vinci ascent and the crafty, I finally went for the crafty and I was not disappointed! It arrived promptly and was put to the test, I'm a huge fan of how smooth it is and the quality of the unit is brilliant. Will be using green vapes again in the very near future!

Bought my first real vaporiser from these guys, best price and best quality by far from what I have looked at previously. Service was amazing and the help guts were just that! Delivery was next day even without taking the dcoress option. I highly recommend to ANYONE!!

Started off looking for my first vaporizer to use in public discreetly and to have a healthier experience when consuming the herb. Iv'e looked at numerous vaporizer websites, but something was different about greenvapes.co.uk.. There is a guy called Mark who you are greeted by most of the time, when you enter the website, and not only is he friendly but he helped me choose the perfect vaporizer suited to my needs. The prices on greenvapes are the cheapest around in the UK. I decided to order the Arizer Air and I was offered free next day delivery and I could track the order every step of the way. I will definately order from these guys again, and I highly recommend you do too if your looking for a vaporizer.

Originally contacted the company to challenge them on their 'best UK offer' guarantee for the Davinci Ascent. Spoke to a gentleman called Mark whom was extremely informative - This was my first time buying a vape and he was extremely understanding of the difficulty of choice I was faced with. He talked me through a variety of options. I was provided with a recommendation along with a detailed review of the product to watch in order to help me make a decision on my order.

I bought a Pinnacle Pro vape from Greenvapes back in April this year. Everything was fine with it until, after about 10 weeks, the thing stopped working - it still took a charge but the heating element seems to have stopped working rendering the vape completely unusable. I contacted the owner, at Greenvapes regarding making a claim under the terms of the warranty, however, the owner advised that the claim needs to go through the manufacturer as the issue lies with them. I instantly knew this to be untrue as under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 it states that the contract (defined as when a seller sells a customer a product) is between the seller and me and not the manufacturer. I tried advising the owner of this but to no avail as he kept stating the issue lies with me and the manufacturer but he said that he would act as a go between and attempt to get it sorted on my behalf. I though this was a decent thing to do and left it with him. This then dragged on (and still is) with the owner constantly saying he's not heard back from the manufacturer and his hands are tied until he does. After 3 weeks he stated that he would take the hit and send me out a replacement - again this was just used to fob me off a little longer as he never sent a replacement out. When I contacted him about it he said that now I need to send it all off to the manufacturer myself - this is going to cost me around £40 to send it back to the States and then I'll need to wait another few weeks until they carry out an investigation and send me out a replacement. Greenvapes attempts to pass himself off as a friend when selling things, he even states on his website, under his warranty page, that they want to make the experience as pleasurable possible - this seems to only be the case up until the point he gets your money. I have now spent over £120 on something that I got 10 weeks use out of and I will have to fork out another £40, at least, to get the issue resolved. This could all have been avoided if greenvapes stuck by his word and sent me out a replacement. He states that they advise people not to buy the Pinnacle Pro but there was nothing on his site at my time of purchase. I have been attempting to get greenvapes UK address so I can report him to Trading Standards but he refuses to give it out. I would thoroughly recommend not to buy a thing from greenvapes and if you do pray that nothing goes wrong with it.

UPDATE: Regarding response from the seller below, these all came about AFTER the review was published on here. Too little, too late. Also, there is nothing on the website stating the Pinnacle Pros are known to carry a fault and there was nothing regarding that at the time of my purchase, however, if the seller knew there to be an existing problem with the vaporiser, why did he allow the sales to go ahead in the first instance, when he knew they were faulty?

UPDATE 2: I have since passed this onto Trading Standards who have deemed that I have a case against greenvapes and have since contacted them but without any reply so far. Again I would recommend to anyone never to use this website as the service received is truly abysmal.

UPDATE 3: In reply to the owners reply to UPDATE 2.

1. My girlfriend does not work at Trading Standards, I told you her aunt works there who offered her some advice to give to me.

2. Trading Standards have advised me that you have not responded to their request. I'll take their word over yours in this instance, thanks.

3. Yes, I am active on certain forums. However, I am not spreading lies - I am telling only the truth and relaying my experience to others as I do not want anyone else going through the same terrible experience I had with you.

4. The issue still lies with yourself under the Sales of Goods Act. How you can keep denying this is baffling.
