Just Perfect!!
brought a replacement arizer solo battery. the speed of delivery was Damn impressive. customer service was an ease and a pleasure to deal with Marc. item was 100% as described and im totally satisfied. only drawback was when i replaced the battery solo still didnt work.. This was nothing to do with battery, its just a old non working solo :(
also got sent a free Grinder card, odds on i will not use it, but its the thought that counts.
Overall : even though ive lost out as solo is broken, had to leave a Great review as they were flawless in every way. i will be buying again from GreenVapes. Many Thanks..

After sale service lacking
Items were shipped wishing 5 days but one part was not right and after several emails asking them to replace the item or look into the issue I have received no reply after several days. Disappointed with them, as otherwise the products are as advertised.

just checking I see you ordered on a Thursday afternoon after the shut off time, which means your order would have been processed on the Friday and being a bank holiday obviously you didn't get it till afterwards. I also answered each time you came on the chat, and just offered to send you the right adapter that you ordered wrong. Not only that I said you can keep the old one. So now we're sending you a new adapter free of charge and free next day shipping... Sorry you're disappointed with that kind of service. Have a great weekend and once again I apologise that we couldn't make you a happy customer.

Excellent service and products as per usual
I have purchased several items in the past from Green Vapes and have always been more than impressed with the service and speed of delivery, however I always forget to leave a review!
My latest purchase arrived promptly as usual, and the customer service was fantastic when I had to resolve a quick issue. Would happily recommend to anyone, and this site is always my first port of call for any vape related purchases!

Excellent and speedy! + a Free gift!
Ordered an item that most other outlets were out of stock of. I thought it strange that they had so many but decided to take a punt as I have spent 15 years in IT security, so I'm wary to purchase from new places.
I ordered the item on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Recorded delivery.
There was also a free gift with my order that was totally unexpected and much appreciated.
