I ordered saw that i'd made a grave mistake. Pushed the wrong order Button. Emailed straightaway, NO reply. Next I tried "Live chat" with Monica. Ha ha Monica never ever replied. So have gone to Bank. I am 81 years old and cannot afford the $299-85 that came up on my Visa. Was totally disappointed at No response. Josie

I was surprised to see the other reviews as I have used this company to get Norsan vegan Omega 3 at a great price and they were very informative and helpful. Unfortunately I can see that this is now out of stock, but it doesn't seem to be available anywhere at a reasonable price.

I've been using greenvits for a number of years as they are one of the few who stock what I need. However products are frequently sold out. Deliveries can take well over a month.
I have now found another company that stock what I like and I used them for the first time and I had it delivered 2 days later so will probably not use greenvits again unless they can sort their stock issues out.

Bought an item then waited long for delivery. Contacted them regarding the item then they said it is out of stock. They should not sell something that is out of stock. Asked for a refund. I hope they will return my money

Do not use this company!! I returned some items recently but have not received a full refund as promised. I have called countless times and left messages and have also emailed repeatedly but no reply. I have tracked my returns via Royal Mail but still have not received my money back. Scam!!!

Ordered Norsan Omega 3, which on the website said would be shipped in 10 days. After almost 3 weeks I tried calling the UK phone number on the website repeatedly and got no answer. I used Facebook Messenger and got a reply from the former owner, who sold the company a while ago. He said the system was showing 20+ in stock and someone would contact me. Got a call from France, apologising and saying that there was no stock but it should be in the following week. Another week went by, with no news, so I followed it up again. I got a vague response with no guarantees, so cancelled the order.

Giving 2 stars rather than 1 as I did get a refund and a discount code for money off another purchase.

Returns policy useless if ghosted by the company!

"GreenVits operates a full no-quibble returns policy." Except I have contacted them three times with no reply. Twice by email and once through the 'contact us' form on the website.

Just as another person who has written a review, I have attempted 4 times to contact this company via, phone and email. The phone rings and allows me to leave a message, but no one replies! I have placed and order and paid for it with my card, but it has been 10 days and I have not even received a confirmation. My order is still outstanding! Unfortunately, this must be a "one-person" operation, and this person does not understand Customer Service!

Have tried contacting about an order I want to cancel no reply’s have tried email and ringing.

Update I have now been contacted. By a very helpful person.

Although a bit on the pricier side, the product I ordered was as described and delivered promptly.

Superb quality and honesty. I bought twice there some high potency vitamin D capsules and they're such great quality for the price.

The last order got lost due to the incompetence of my local post office and greenvits refunded my order right away.

I'll be buying more in the future.
