I had Step Heat installed in my bathrooms by Green Wave Distribution a couple of years ago, and I absolutely love the experience of stepping onto warm marble floors. Not only does the system heat the bathrooms efficiently and evenly, but the warmth from the floors also serves as a practical solution in winter — especially during rain or snowstorms — by helping clothing dry quickly.

The entire process, from installation to service, was seamless. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

Great communication on the order.

Green wave has promised a second shredder for over two years now. I don't believe it exists. This is a horrible company that does nothing but bite the hand that feeds them. If you ever invest in this company they will steal your money so quick you can't blink! Stay clear!

The communication and follow-up was impeccable. Skip let me know what was happening every step of the way and even called me to make sure that my heater was compatible with my current set-up.

There was a delay in the order. I usually judge a company on how they handle things with there is a issue. It is important how things are handled when things don't go as planned. With Green Wave, once the issue was identified Green Wave handled the order very professionally with a hands-on approach to make sure there were no other issues. They turned a negative into a positive. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to do business with them and I feel that if I had any issues they would stand by their product.
