Great customer service. They responded to my emails right away and were very helpful, even with my limited Italian. There were other companies I wanted to order things from in Italy but never got a reply from them so I was really impressed with Sorgenta Natura. I thought there would be problems with ordering and shipping products to Australia but no problem at all. All was processed efficiently and quickly. I was thrilled to received all the products I had purchased within about 2 weeks.
