Worst handyman company I’ve ever dealt with. They charged me £130 upfront just to spend 2 minutes looking at my door knob, promised it’d be fixed in a few days, then went silent for 4 days. When I called, they admitted they hadn’t even ordered the part and tried to charge me even more pushing the total toward £250 for one door knob! I asked for a refund since I needed it done before traveling, but they refused and said the £130 was just for the pointless visit & 2minute look at the knob. Since in they care about is MONEY MONEY MONEY over customer satisfaction they can keep the £130. Total scam, avoid them if you value your time & hard earned money.

In short, they took my card details, sent a repair man out who diagnosed the problem but did not fix, then they charged me £80.

I just spoke to their office to request my money back from them directly one last time. told me their MD, a guy called Marcin, will not pay up.

SCAM! Absolute SCAM. Charge for NO WORK. AVOID. COMPANY ON WEBSITE NOT THE COMPANY THAT SENDS OUT HANDYMAN.

Contacted this company for a very simple task of fixing my shower door by aligning the door and then tightening the screws attached to the hinges. Didnt have time to do it myself and was therefore ok with paying 80 pound/hr for a visit by one of their "professional" handymen. After a couple of hours, one person showed up with absolutely no tools at all and literally took a 1 min look around, to then tell me that this is a two man job and that he would come back tomorrow with his colleague. I asked him if i would be charged for his 1 min look and he didn't give me a proper answer. After the visit, I called the company who then informed me that I would of course be charged for their 1 min inspection. Clearly this is a scam, they send a handyman to take a look and then book follow up meetings. Please do not buy any of their 1 min services. This is a complete scam!
