Neil came to fit some blinds for a new room and curtain poles (for bay windows and patio doors). He was incredibly helpful, able to advise me and had a good selection of product to choose from. He did a superb job at fitting everything (was very careful with the measurements to ensure everything was spot on) and making good. He was very friendly, professional and tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

The price was competitive although not the cheapest we got but we were happy to pay for the quality, care and expertise Neil provided. Great guy and great service - moved into a new development in Greenwich which had odd configuration of windows and following 3 other blinds quotes and solution options, Neil presented the best price and nicest solution. Prepared to go off spec if you need him to, we chose not to in the end, but he is willing to go the extra mile if you really need something custom, which most other fitters seem to avoid at all costs! Found the company very professional that understood our problem at once. Having long dimensions from a window door and wanted to avoid drilling to install the blind, they provided a perfect fit solution we are very pleased with exactly the materials we wanted.

Neil provided a personal service and his work was excellent. He arrived when he said he would and left no mess after his work was completed. I am very pleased with the blinds and they are as Neil described. There was a little damage to one blind when Neil unpacked it and, whilst he fitted it as I needed it in a hurry, he ordered a replacement and came back and re-fitted it.

Neil was great and very helpful from start to finish. When he came to measure up, provided us with lots of samples to choose from. The quote was straight forward. He was very responsive with updates and delivered the product by the day it was promised. Very happy with the service we received. And of course the window blinds is of great quality!

Neil provided us with a top-notch service from his response to my initial enquiry (within hours of my emailing him) to the final installation. He was careful to respect our budget and always drew attention to the cost implications of our choices. His two visits – to size and to install – were impeccably professional but personable too, and we're 100% happy with the whole service.

Very good experience (especially compared to the frustration of trying to deal with large high street brands/suppliers). Neil was really responsive and polite and managed the quotation and installation process very smoothly and reliably. I was provided with really good options and guidance at the measurement stage and the end installation was quick and has left me with blinds that absolutely match what I had hoped for through the care/craftmanship from Neil.

I had a minor issue with one of my blinds, some years after I first had them installed. I contacted Neil and asked if he was able to help. He came back to me, ordering the specific part that I required and coming back to my flat to ensure the fix was put in. Great aftercare, as I was actually out of warranty. Thanks Neil!

Got a pleated blind sometime back and atleast twice has been broken. Everytime has increased charge for repair...agreed the price and came to collect. Then starts shouting and making excuses as won't park due to parking charges. Gave this guy my parking permit. Looks and says I would have to pay £100 if charged and then drives away. Completely unprofessional, rude and a big timewaster!! Clearly needs to learn some manners on how to behave with customers! On top, the blinds are of really low quality plus charges exorbitant prices compared to other blind companies! Tries to exploit customers and take undue advantage especially when you have already bought blinds from this guy, Neil!! Horrendous!! AVOID !! Should be reported and a formal complaint should be raised and his license cancelled!
