Excellent service, Neil was very helpful from the start: we only had a vague idea of the type of blinds we wanted for our living room.
He helped us make up our mind by showing us pictures of various styles/colours etc.

Most of the communication was done through WhatsApp before meeting in person due to Covid, and he was very responsive all the way throughout the process.

He came to install them as soon as the blinds were delivered to him.

I commissioned Neil to fit blinds to 2 of my very large windows and a balcony door. He also agreed to fix all the holes from existing tracks and poles and paint the affected walls free of charge. This was quite a bit of work and I was pleased it was free of charge! I was impressed with the good customer service, good quality of the blinds and the straight forwardness of the whole process. Neil really does care about the quality of the service he gives to clients. I would definitely recommend this company.

Greenwich London Blinds is a company I would certainly use again. Requiring new blinds for our UK property but living in New Zealand, Neil was very professional in liaising between our tenant and ourselves with what our apartment required. Neil managed all of this along with the 12-hour difference in time zones that we lived in. The end product greatly improved the aesthetics of the apartment, and within a moderate budget.

We contacted this company to measure and install some blinds for our kitchen. Not only was the service fantastic and personal, but the quality of the product was brilliant and it was installed weeks earlier than the original installation date. Excellent service from Neil. He responded quickly to my initial email about installing blinds in our kitchen, and we then communicated via WhatsApp to establish what we needed. He was also able to provide a realistic quote early in the process. When he came over to measure up he was friendly and professional and offered useful, clear advice. He phoned me when the blinds we had selected arrived and did a great job of installing them a few days later. All in all we are delighted with the service we received from him and the blinds look fantastic. Highly recommended!

Wonderful result and great service. Neil has provided blinds on two separate occasions now and both sets of windows provided different challenges.
