Total joke....over charged me for bins I never had and now two months later of chasing a credit of £946.00 still fed excuse after excuse.
Everyone up the management ladder seems to always be on holiday?
Greenzone are absolutely inept. They can't keep track of what skips are on site, they can't communicate with their supply chain or customers. This is the worst service anyone could ever sell.
No one even cares that they are so bad, they just keep fobbing you off and dragging it out. Do not fall for the stuff the sales director will tell you, their service is quite simply not fit for purpose.
I paid £89.91 and they never taken the any bins as well as I haven’t got the key to open for 3 weeks… I cannot use it. It’s fraud and don’t use the company. They ignored my request and they make me force to stay contract…. I am not really happy.
Green zone and Sodexo have work together for many years at Central Manchester hospital, Green zone have been an excellent Facilities Management company to work with on domestic waste disposal.

Green zone always go the extra mile to try and resolve any issue we have in a timely manner and with there online portal any task can be logged via the site which helps with the day to day running of the waste service
I have been a client of Greenzone for nearly 7 years and they always handled all my requests and queries professionally. They have also managed to find good and realible suppliers for Waste Management.
