Hello everyone,

Hello everyone,

I’d like to warn potential customers: please think twice before buying Greg Lauren clothing. I recently purchased a pair of Men’s Khaki 34 GL Cargo Pants for $1,200, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

After owning these pants for only two months, I tore them while simply squatting to pick something up. Given the premium price and supposed quality, this was disappointing enough, but things got worse when I reached out for a repair. I paid for return shipping and waited patiently, only to receive the pants back in worse condition than before. The stitching quality and finish were shockingly poor—definitely not what you’d expect for a high-end piece. It’s clear the repair team did the bare minimum, leaving the pants unwearable.

To make matters worse, they upcharged me for return shipping without informing me in advance. And when I contacted customer service to address my concerns, they were dismissive and offered no meaningful support. This whole experience has left me feeling unheard and completely undervalued as a customer.

After this, I have no intention of buying from Greg Lauren again. If you’re considering purchasing high-end clothing from this brand, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value quality and good customer care.

Awful Customer Service

I ordered a wrong size and emailed them right away cancelling the order. They took forever to respond and when they did I responded that I didn’t want the item anymore and if they could please cancel it. They didn’t. The shipped the item, which to me is a slap in the face after 5 emails letting them know I didn’t want the jacket. Shady business, really overpriced and on top of that HORRIBLE customer service.

Horrible customer experience

This company is one of the most expensive clothing brands around and you'd think their customer support would be compatible to the pricing. But no. They advertise special sales, in this case under the banner of "SPRING23", yet when you go to check-out it notifies that the code doesn't apply to the item. Any item you try to purchase will get the same notification.
Then, when I send an email to customer service and ask for an explanation or fix to the problem, they don't have have the courtesy to respond. This is an awful company, and I wouldn't spend a penny on their items.

Disdain for their customer

They had a 70 percent off and I bought a pair of trousers. When they shipped the pants they declared the original value which was 2250.00. I had to pay import
duties on 2250.00 instead what I actually paid for these pants which was 675.00. Inspite of sending numerous requests for help they refused to provide documentation so I could follow up with DHL for a refund. They are dishonest and don't care about their customers.

Order never received

*I like his items, but DO NOT recommend ordering from his website

I placed an order in the middle of July. A month later I was still waiting for the items and decided to reach out to their support. They claimed to not have the items I ordered and seemed to have forgotten to update me and also forgot to process a refund. I could have easily bought the items @Saks if I had advanced knowledge, but now the items were sold out and I was pretty much out of luck. Also, wonder how often they must keep the money from orders and not process refunds until they get called out on it. Super disappointing experience all around.

No refunds.

Buyer Beware. I ordered a jacket, 4500.00 and it just didnt look nice on me. I sent an email telling that I will be returning.
I spent iver 100.00 to insure it.
When they received it. Then I received respone to my email saying no refunds and that they will make a one time allowance for an instore credit, if id prefer. Wow, how generous. Buy elsewhere everyones doing grunge its nothing special.
