Bait advertising - no show - time waster. To avoid at all cost.

Arranged a viewing. Greg (shorts&covered in tattoos) was rudely 20 mins late, he said he had no time. Room was unpainted, filthy & not fully furnished,
nothing like the advert photo. To me, he seemed to be a spive & sharlaton. He said that he could not afford to own, so he leases, then rents out rooms separately.- Good manners and respect for renters that pay his wages would have been a much nicer and less boring experience.-I am glad I chose not to take his room. I am unfamiliar of this calibre of man. But hopefully he will learn. But respect and kindness does go along way. Slander and lies to customers shows his ignorance. The location is soso, the ad was ok.-Unlike the experience & what I actually viewed. This is bait advertising.
-The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations means you cannot mislead or harass consumers by, for example: including false or deceptive info and or on any national carrier.

-Since reading his childish lying retort I only told truth..his liable derogatory untruths are quite far fetched.From an aged unfortunatly feeble balding man who resents real genuine gentlemany English (born and raised here).-I am unclear of what he wishes to achieve by his rant & continual ongoing slanderous lies. -Now he continues his non stop harrassment.
-The court can order the person harassing you to stay away from you - this is called getting an 'injunction'. The court can also award you compensation. If the person keeps harassing you after you get an injunction, they've broken the law - this means they could go to prison.

Anyone moving to London, but not sure of their plans, then being a guest with Greg is a good solution.
Located in fun parts of central London, saving travel time and cost for more work and play. All wifi and utilities were included, saving me another big hassle. Greg worked with my plans to extend as well.
I looked everywhere and could not find anything that came close to value for money!

Greg has always been a very good, understanding and supportive landlord. It is nice and easy dealing with him, and if there are ever any issues, he always responds very quickly.

Have rented from Greg for 3-4 years now in Central London; great Landlord with good and efficient communication, even when he goes on Holiday, ensures a business partner is available to handle any issues. Rooms and communal areas are kept in good condition(almost with military precision :p), arranges a cleaner for the flat communal areas very regularly(something I noticed my previous landlords did not).

Also tries his best to ensure social harmony in the flat and handles any problem tenants causing issues in the flat very quickly.

This is my second time renting from Greg within 2-3 years and the reason why I returned to him as my first choice when I was looking for a flat share in Central London was precisely because of the points above and his upmost professionalism and experience.

I have been staying in Greg’s apartments for 3 years years and I am happy to recommend him and his product. It is good value for money and clean.

I would really recommend you to stay in one of Gregory’s accomodation. The price is reasonable according to the location. He is always available to assist into repairs may they occur from time to time.
