Worst pillow case I ever bought

I've bought the 100% silk pillow case thinking I'm buying a premium product, but instead I paid a premium price for the worst pillow case I've ever owned. The case wasn't even a year old before it basically started desintegrating. I washed it exactly as described and yet it just started to fall apart. I wish I could add pictures here so that you can see for yourselves. I had to bin it, as it's completely unusable. I contacted the customer service to let them know about the issues with the product and they didn't even bother replying. NEVER AGAIN. Please do not spend a penny of your hard earned money on their products.
