Well. I didn't open it yet so I don't know if it is 5 stars all the way. I will be getting this for Chrstmas, but up to this point, it has been 5 stars. The item looks great in the photos, so I am confident it will be 5 stars all the way.

Wrong description of items
Well, I purchased an iron cross first class, the description was that it was maker marked 100 on the reverse of the pin, when I received my item it was not maker marked at all.
I did send two emails voicing my complaints but sadly I never received a reply.

My item arrived surprisingly quickly considering that it had to cross an ocean.It came packaged securely and was exactly as described on the website.I would not hesitate to use them again nor would I hesitate to recommend them.
