Order 352456 - not much help provided for the customer
I purchased from this site vape pod which gave you an option to include 3 0.6 or 3 0.8 coils included in the price as there was no price quoted on the drop down to choose which coil of preference.
When I initially added the colour vape pen this option for the included free coils was missed. Until I noticed later after purchasing the vape pod.
I left a message at the contact address and decided to call them in the morning to let them know. The caller was very helpful and said yes they should include the 3 coils which are included with the price. And If I had a problem contact them via email and they will honour this for you.
A few moments later a customer service adviser advised back through my email that this would not be included in the price and I would’ve had to pay extra.
So I replied with screen shots to show this is not the case and a Saving of £4.50 would be included when choosing the coils. Which I would post here but it does not allow you to.
Overall feel like I’ve lost out on some extras. And with my experience with other vape companies they are usually quick to solve the issue. I even said I would pay the delivery for a slow delivery but it just fell on deaths ears. Just feel the customer service are not that helpful and didn’t look into properly by looking at the items and selection of the coils do not alter the overall price. It’s that simple… I would consider changing the rating if this was dealt with better
