I can't fault grey Haze, excellent service, fast dispatch and delivery and the best for prices. However, my last 2 orders in December included a free gold bar disposable Vape. On both orders I tried to add the free gift but they didn't add so I didn't receive the free gifts.I spend nearly £50 a month with your company so was very disappointed I didn't receive them.

Excellent website used about 5 online sites for vapes this is my go to place Cheap reliable and excellent customer services.

Amazing prices but really, really slow delivery. Multiple times I've placed an order I'd not received it for over 4 days. They send everything out on 48hr tracked but sometimes don't dispatch it on the same day. Can be frustrating to say the least. Prices are good though. If they could change the delivery to 24hr it would improve the service big time

You can track your package at any time using the link below”””” had tracking number then checked with dpd and they didn’t tried to contact “ Greyhaze” phone email and also rang the store and got spoken to really rude and said “there’s nothing they can do you’ll have to wait and see what happens then laughed and put the phone down”

Have used Grayhaze since they started,always great products and service.
Just recently I have noticed a drop in customer service, I used to look forward to my weekly visit, one store didn’t know how to mix my juice and another store staff seemed demoralised as if they didn’t want to be there which showed in their sarcastic attitude, shame really,maybe just stick to online orders,it was good while it lasted but time to move on.

I made an order almost 4 weeks ago of a selection of nic salts and if I'm being honest my experience was going very well because quick delivery and good prices. Though after vaping one of the purple slush I purchased I realised it was out of date by over a year and the second one I purchased was the same. I contacted them by phone and was told to send pictures of the bottles so I did by email and got a reply saying they were sorry for this and would i like a refund or 2 more in replace of them. I said I would be happy with two other bottles in return and said the two I would like so thought great customer service. Well after a week of waiting and getting nothing I've messaged two or three times and no reply, near two weeks now and nothing. No replacement and no reply to email. So if you want to risk vaping out of date liquid as it's so dam hard to read it on bottles then try grey haze.

My order never arrived due to a mistake in my address ,
Royal Mail didn’t complete the delivery even though they could and decide to return the order back to Grey Haze .
After my visit to Royal Mail, Sadly they informed me that it could take a couple of weeks to go back to Grey Haze(Bad news for me) .
Meanwhile I was in constant email communication with Grey Haze all the time .
Suddenly in the same day I received a notification that my order has been dispatched again with DPD next day delivery this time and indeed the next day I received my order and the guys in Grey Haze made a customer happy !

I ordered a few shortfill bottles last week with nic shots. Order arrived today without nic shots so I sent a message via the website. Received an immediate response explaining there had been an error on the website and that nic shots were being sent out at no cost. What a great service.

I forgot to add something to my order and the customer service guy was really helpful, added my pods to my order for me and was just generally really friendly and polite.
My stuff also arrived on time, which is a bonus as other companies i've bought from have taken ages to arrive.
Definitely buying from Grey Haze again in future.
