Despite being on the other side of the world (I'm in Cairns, Australia), and a 9hr time difference, communication with Jason was easy and the entire experience of working with this company was seamless. I needed 12 x Custom Grid Girl Outfits, but my turn around time was only 4 weeks. Jason assured me it would not be an issue, mocked up designs based on our conversations and sent copy back to me for review. We needed a few tweaks but they were all done in minutes, literally minutes, and a clear and concise invoice was issued. We made payment and the team got working on our order. A week later I received a FedEx Express notification and I had the products more than a week earlier that first advised. The products are exactly what I was looking for. We could not have been happier with the service provided, and the final product, so if anyone is on the fence about using Gridgirl Outfits then this is your sign to proceed. My third or fourth time ordering from Grid Girls, but my 1st time being disappointed.

Needed an express order and therefore paid expedited prices. These were for a specific dated event. Items have now been caught up in shipping. Delivery date has now been changed 3 times and items will not make it in time for our event.

Beware when buying overseas. The chances of shipping issues are greater than you think.
