The currency they sent was short (they sent 1000 euros not £1000 equivalent. However, once I notified them they promptly corrected their mistake and sent the additional currency by next day delivery. despite their mistake I would use them again as rare was goid, delivery good and customer service excellent

Competitive rate and great service
Currency provided on time as requested and at a competitive rate. A minor issue (caused by me) was dealt with promptly. Not sure why some reviewers had problems with fluctuating exchange rates as my currency was delivered at the rate agreed at purchase, despite several days elapsing between order and deliver and a drop in the rate.
