Worst customer service in history one star is even too high they deserve negative star rating

My mould kit was not shipped in 24 hours a promised, and when I emailed a week after, no reply.
Another week later I received the mould kit, as the process didn't go well I decided to book and pay for an in person appointment. Only receiving automated emails, I arrived at the address, and could find no trace of "Grilled Up," thankfully somebody let me in, And I walked up and down the building looking for some sign of their existence, nothing. I sent a email to their Gmail address (which is the only contact given, aside from their supposed address) and waited for 20 minutes before coming to terms that I had actually been scammed, sent a mail asking for a refund, but of course there was no reply, so the next day I started the charge back process with my bank.
A MONTH LATER, I receive a ChatGPT typed email saying "We noticed that you were unable to attend your scheduled appointment" and "we would be happy to complete your order" obviously just trying to cover their asses with the charge back being investigated. It's important to note this was the only communication I received from the "business" in the two months of dealing with them, As everything else was automated mails
