The mat was very made, and fit exactly to the custom measurements I gave. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I will definitely buy from this company again when I need a new map.

What I asked for, I got.

Reply from Grimeford Mill
Hello Mr Smith,
Please accept our apologies for you not receiving your order yet.
We were closed for a well earned break over the festive period and have only returned to the office today. We did put a banner on each of our websites to state that we were closed during this time, but perhaps this has been missed - we will ask our web team to display this more clearly next time.
We have e-mailed you this morning to ask if you would still like your order to be made - if you could kindly let us know, we will do our upmost to despatch this promptly.
Many thanks
