I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue regarding the failure to receive any payments for multiple tickets I sold through your platform. Although the payment status on your website shows as “Completed,” the funds have still not been deposited into my bank account.
This delay has now exceeded the reasonable and expected processing period, and it reflects poorly on the reliability and transparency of your platform—especially for sellers who trust GrintaHub to handle financial transactions professionally.

Despite selling several tickets for major events and waiting beyond the stated timelines:
No payment has been received to date.
The last event connected to these orders took place on 18 December 2025, meaning over 20 working days have passed without any transfer.
No updates, explanations, or compensation have been provided.

WhatsApp-based support provides slow, weak, and often unhelpful responses.
It appears that only one support staff member may be managing the entire communication channel, which is inadequate for a platform handling thousands of transactions.
This level of customer service is far below industry standards and contributes significantly to the growing frustration among users.
What I Request from You
I kindly ask that you provide an urgent and clear explanation regarding the following:
Why the payments are delayed, despite being marked as completed in the system.
Details about your payment process, including verification steps and expected timelines.
A precise date by which I can expect the funds to reach my bank account.
Clarification on staffing capacity, and whether improvements to customer support are planned.
Overall Review
Until this issue is resolved, my experience with GrintaHub is extremely disappointing. A platform that handles financial transactions must prioritize:
Timely payouts
Adequate customer support
Operational transparency

Extremely disappointed with GrintaHub – they don’t respect customers and fail to meet their obligations
I’ve been buying tickets through GrintaHub for two years, but I have never experienced such terrible service. I ordered mobile tickets for the Real Madrid vs Al Hilal match (Order #1282336) and expected them to be delivered to my personal Ticketmaster account, as clearly stated in the invoice and on the website.
Instead, I was asked to log into someone else’s account, supposedly belonging to the seller, to access the tickets. This not only violates basic security practices but also creates a conflict: I already have other tickets in my Ticketmaster app and cannot just log out to access another account. I explained this to customer support multiple times, only to receive generic responses and suggestions like “use another browser” or “reset the password for the shared account.”
They literally dictated what I should do with the tickets while ignoring the original terms of sale and my needs as a customer.
When I requested an order cancellation and a refund due to the service not being provided as promised, they refused and instead suggested that I resell the tickets through their platform—even though I bought the tickets for personal use, not for resale.
Instead of offering an apology, they even insinuated that I might be looking to profit from the tickets, which is completely false and offensive. There was no respect, no accountability, and no real attempt to resolve the issue—just blame shifting back onto the customer.
In summary:
– Tickets were not delivered to my account as promised
– Support pushed unsafe and inconvenient solutions
– They failed to fulfill their obligations
– Customer needs were ignored
– Communication was completely inappropriate
I strongly do not recommend this platform. If you expect reliability, clear terms, and respect – look elsewhere.
Today is 6th May, and the date of the event is on 7th May, until now, no tickets are sent to my friend’s email address. How can I do for getting tickets?
This company is the worst company I have ever come across I bought tickets online and they didn’t give me them straight away it took 2 days which isn’t mentioned at all on the website when I decided that I wanted to cancel order due to the delay they refused to talk to me and said that cancellation isn’t available. They then advised that when I do receive the tickets I can sell them I have now received the tickets and can’t sell them the company has not allowed me to resell. The communication and customer support is non existent they say something irrelevant to ure complaint and then close the chat I will be going to my bank and WTO regarding this issue because its not fair to be scammed from a company like this
I wouldn't even give 1 star!! Had booked VIP hospitality tickets for Damac vs Al Nassr 22nd April fixture. Paid 500 SAR per ticket and had a receipt to reflect this. Tickets were sent to my brother in laws phone saying we had only paid 92 SAR per ticket and consequently we were not allowed into hospitality and sent to ordinary stadium seats. Totally ruined everything for all of us especially my young son. Got nowhere with customer service. Totally disgusting!!

Strange how you can publicly reply in English to my Trustpilot review for the world to see promising to investigate but your customer service WhatsApp between just us is conveniently in a language I don't understand. I have provided the information you need now where is my refund?
I have already given the details on the WhatsApp conversation. I can't reply on Trustpilot, only add to the review and Order number is 1126494. No option to reply directly to you on the Trustpilot emails I keep receiving either!

It’s been over a week since Manchester derby to which I didn’t receive tickets from this platform, and I’ve not received a refund! This is insane, WhatsApp support is the weakest I’ve seen, coffee shops support operate better and faster, I’m tired of this and all I want is my money back.

Lie after lie. Been 90+ days still no payment for a sale that I made back in December last review I put was told my bank rejected it however it now says payment has been received. This is a clear scam avoid selling on their platform you will not get paid

I posted a review a month ago calling out Grintahub for their scam ticket reselling practices, and surprise—nothing’s changed. I warned they’d promise action but deliver nothing, and that’s exactly what happened. After my last review, they replied with a polished apology and an ‘update’ claiming they’d refund my order (#616214) ‘shortly.’ That was weeks ago. No refund, no contact, no follow-through—just more empty words to save face. Their customer service is a sham, designed to look legit while they pocket your money. I’m out cash for tickets they never delivered, and they’ve proven again they don’t care. Stay far away from this fraudulent site unless you enjoy being scammed. Let’s see if they dare respond to this with more fake promises. Nobody cared to contact me at all they would only care about website reviews to polish their reputation in front people “their future hunt”.
I have sold my ticket to Barcelona FC vs Athletic Club in the Supercopa de España Cup, played in Saudi Arabia, through "Grinta Hub" by 109 SAR. although, I have purchased it from the official website for 150 SAR.
The match was on 8 Jan 2025 and as per the website, I should receive my money after 7 working days, which is at maybe around19 Jan 2025. Since 19 Jan 2025 I've been following up with the team regarding the amount and they keep giving me ridiculous reasons and also foggy assurance, one of the customer service employees has promised me that the amount will be sent in a couple of hours, which obviously didn't.
Finally, after continuous follow up and struggle with this website, I've received an amount on 04 March 2025, which is almost two months of my due date. AND HERE IS THE SURPRISE, the amount was less than what I should've received, ideally it's 110 SAR, minus the transfer amount which is 10 SAR, I should've received around 90 SAR. However, I've received 57 SAR. ( I don't care about the amount, it's a matter of principle, I don't like to be played like that)
I've been contacting them since then with no response. so in summary, they tortured me for two months and I had to follow up with them every week, and then they sent me a wrong amount and ghosted me.
Basically, at this point I would classify this website as a criminal fraud organization.
Would not recommend any human being to deal with this website, they are thieves.

Ignorant Scammers - They won’t pay you!
I sell tickets with them through WhatsApp and they are not paying me. I have numerous screenshots I can upload to show that they are a scam and would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this. If I don’t get a response from them on WhatsApp I will upload all the proof to make sure other people do not face the same issues. I am owed thousands from them! Until it doesn’t get resolved I will not stay quiet about this.

I sold them approximately £16000 (78000 SAR) worth of tickets and they claim the tickets didn’t work without any proof. They’ve just gone off the radar and ignore all calls and messages. How can any company do this to a seller on their website is crazy. I will keep publishing about this company until I get a resolution, response, and payment from them.
