Guys never buy from this site never read all those comments that I’m not alone delivery is big trouble I received after 2 weeks and they sended 2023 dot Tyre They are scamming people and customer service are terrible

Item stated as delivered by GLS, GLS said they delivered it on an address in another city. They dont want to tell me where it is. Grip500 is of no support !

Ive ordered 4 new Continental AllSeasonContact 2 225/55 R19 99V 3PMSF, EVc, and went smoothly and the delivery took place as indicated by the seller.

The only thing I thought was strange, is the fact that the 4 tyres went out as 2 orders and arrived 1 day after each other.

One order was well sealed by the transportation company, but the other arrived one day later and not so well packed.
But the tyres looked good and new.

It's under my vehicle and feels great driving on it.

In general, same quality for better price, I do indicate them

Delayed delivery, but tires were brand new and quality.

I ordered new Pirelli P Zero HPT tires and received 3 year old tires. At arrival I declined delivery and grip500 deducted €60,- from my payment before crediting. Any other seller mentions older DOT production dates if they sell old tires but at GRIP500 they claim 3 years is still new. I find this anything short from scamming people. Beware.

Terrible delivery, tyres were delivered to me after 10 weekdays. Before the courier delivered them to me I saw him throwing them on the grass in front of him instead of carrying them, and to top it all of after I have I opened the main door for him and he wasn’t coming I had to go out my apartment to find the in the flats lift. Help yourself out and pay extra for a decent delivery on different webshops you will save yourself a lot of trouble…

I get very fast what i order and when i haved question they answered very fast too

This is scam! No product and no.money back!

They weren't sending tires for month and after contacting them and saying we want a refund they suddenly foundation them. They refused to pay back for tires which one we didn't pick up (about what they were informed) so they have tires and money now. That company is scam!!

Everything that could go wrong went wrong .. first I ordered a set of 4 tires from pirelli and they got delivered without any pre notice .. I say that because one of the tires was damaged when I unpacked it ( I wasn’t home for the delivery). I opened a complaint straight away (ordered 25th January, opened a complaint few days later with all info they asked). I returned the tire few days later ( beg Feb) . It took me countless emails ( no info from them) to get any info.. then they asked to re order the tire but it was a different price than I originally purchased.. when asked the employee , he didn’t know how to manage the price difference.. in the end they didn’t even offer to manage that , so almost 2 months later I get a notice that my refund is on the way ( expected first April ) . So 2 months to get a refund , no options offered to reorder through them, lack of communication etc.. never again ..

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered the wrong size tires by mistake and wanted to exchange or return them. I wrote to help and got information that I can't exchange them, only return them and order new ones. I also received information that I should reject the order and the cost to me is 30 ewhat turned out was that they figured out that one shipment means one tire and the cost of one shipment is 30e, so in total they demanded 120e from me for the return alone!!! I don't have tires, only 120e cost for them, people who do that!! be careful with this company because they write and do something different .. the worst company I have ever dealt with

I never got any mail about delivery date/times (also no info regarding this on the GLS track/trace on their website)
Appearently it's been in a depot for many days just waiting. again, no emails have been sent.

I called GLS and they will now send my tire the following day. i'm sure the tire i ordered will be absolutely perfect.

If I were Grip500 i would consider a different poster than GLS since things like this happen daily. Check their reviews on google (LOL)

Attention everyone I hope you get to read it on time and not order.
If you want to wait for weeks not receive a thing and In the end not to be refunded even and be charged 60 euros for that they use some shitty lying delivery company named UPS with 1 star review out of 5k people I believe you can understand what we are talking about out of it. Don’t order worse experience I ever had . Liyng scammers I hope you people read well and nice don’t order go to a garage and get yourself tires surely.

Good tires. The dot date was recent (bought in dec, dot date nov). I did not make use of the installation service. Delivery was fast. Recommended.

The tires are not precise there are differences on the profile . Also ask for 2 tires and you send 2 from the right side wen normal is one right other left.

My tires were delivered but the garage can’t install them until mid-January: 6 weeks after delivery. That sucks, frankly. So no, my experience wasn’t the best. As for the quality of the tire, who knows? I’ve yet to see them.
