You reacted quickly, fantastic and then problem occurred. There were many mistakes in address, postcode, name, can happen. I contacted you, corrected it and you pounced on it and done your best. Top! but after, 12 days period of miscommunication I could not get you on the phone or to push delivery companies to do something. I had to plead argue and beg. Eventually front tire was delivered bu DPD and 5 days later I went my self to GLS depo where the rear tire was kept for a week with good address on it. So if you could make contact with you easier and better recognize distress you customers endure because helplessness I'd give you top score. Tyres are great, in my possession finally, price top! Totaal ander product geleverd
They shipped a completely different product then listed, contact can only be achieved by ticketing.
Update!: after they requested me to contact them as response to this review!!!!:
Be very very careful with this company they commit open fraud.
They send a different product then listed and after you refuse the courier or cancel the order, they withhold almost 50% of the purchase price as a'pretended handeling fee"
They refer to a disclaimer. This it is crazy and unlawful, European consumer law dictates that you can cancel an online order within 8 days (or more depending on the country), and they have to fully refund you.
However this is even more malignant, they just send you the wrong product and charge you for not accepting it.
If you somehow disregard this warning, please pay with payment protection (Creditcard or Paypal) it is a nightmare in paperwork to get your money back, but at least you can!

Fresh rubber and fast shipping
I was looking for the best tire for commuting and track day of my motorcycle. I found this to be Bridgestone S22 so I called my garage to order it for me and install it. The garage mentioned that Bridgestone is not delivering new tires at that time so I had to wait because there are no suppliers at the moment that deliver new tires of that type. After 4 weeks of waiting I decided to order the tire myself. I found it on Grip500 and I ordered it. It was shipped directly to garage and arrived in only 4 days! I am very happy that the tire is manufactured recently, only 7 months old!
