The fitter 'phoned in advance as promised to let me know he was on his way and when he expected to arrive. Tyres supplied as ordered. Fitted without fuss - only took about 20 mins. Fitter was friendly and helpful. Came across as professional and didn't try to sell me 'extras'. I'd be very happy to use these guys again - I hope they keep up their standards.

Booked and rearranged to another time thanks to the help from grippy. They couldnt have been more helpful and would recommend them to anyone. Second time we've used them and been great both times.
Plus they were really good on price compared to everywhere else.

Grippy adjusted its price by an admittedly small margin to better the most competitive price I had found.
The initial time for the fitting was agreed and subsequently on the day the fitter inquired if the time could be amended to an earlier time. He duly appeared at the revised time.
The fitting was carried out in a careful way by a clearly very experienced fitter.
No more could be asked of the supplier.
The whole transaction went very well.

If only other service providers were as quick, easy to use and reliable as this one! No fuss, no mess, cost efficient and reliable. Thanks for getting me going again.

First time I tried Grippy and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good quality tyres at very competitive prices. I chose tyres that were better rated for safety, economical fuel consumption and low noise than many more well known and expensive brands. Fitted at a time good for me, very quickly by a very cheerful fitter. Overall a much better service than expected.

After it was found the tyre could not be fitted to rim Jason (the fitter) phoned the office and explained the situation. I expected a phone call with an alternative fitting date.This did not happen and i had to phone Grippy to find out what was happening and told i could have nitrogen filled tyres as compensation for delay. When Jason came back he had not been informed about Nitrogen . This i could not understand as it was a suggestion from the cmpy and can only assume that it was said to placate me. The fitter fortunately took my word and filled the tyres and i am now mobile again. If it was not for the fitter i do not think i would be a returning customer as it is i am more now than happy with the service and will return next time i require tyres.

My only fault was through the website as it crashed on me and resulted in me ordering twice without any knowledge but i rang up to cancel and get a refund on one order and there was no problem whatsoever. Friendly service. Great price. Would shop with grippy again no problem.!!

A very good service turned up a bit late but got straight on to it

My summary says it all 'Top tyres, great service pleasure to deal with'. The booking online was easy to do picking a time for fitting to suit you and my dealing with the Grippy staff all very good. The fitter came in the time slot and let me know a more accurate time of arrival too. Fitting was done to a great standard with top equipment and pleasant fitter. The tyres are great too.
I normally use a tyre shop near where I live but thought I would give this a try. I will defiantly use them again that's for sure! Would recommend.

Although Dave the fitter wasn't able to telephone ahead because he had received the wrong phone number. He was a pleasant chap and did a real quality job.
I will definitely be using Grippy again!

Owing to dreadfull planning or taking on more than Gippy could cope with my appointment on Tuesday 2 July for a 17.00 - 20.00 came eventually at c. 20.30 and left at about 21.00. This resulted in my missing an important local residents meeting that commenced at 20.00.

The actual fitter, I think his name was Stuart was pleasant fast and efficient and probably saved the day as I was just about to send him away and claim a full refund.
Under the circumstances, a cash saving voucher for a future purchase ought to be offered to me.

Fitter phoned an hour before to confirm time of his arrival and then arrived on the dot. Highly competent and efficient in the tyre changing all accomplished within a half hour. Most impressed when I looked inside the van workshop. You could have eaten off the floor: it was immaculate. So was the entire service I received from Vytautas. Already recommending you to friends. To receive such exceptional value and service was a refreshing change.

With the facebook discount, it was the cheapest price for my tyres that I could find anywhere. The fitter rang me and hour before hand and arrived spot on time. Took roughly 25 minutes to complete the job all without having to leave my office.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

Website offers a good choice of tyres with top brands as well as economy. I received a special offer on two Dunlop tyres. I was able to pick a convenient time to have the tyres fitted at my home address opting for a 5pm to 8pm slot. On the morning of the fitting I was contacted by the fitter who reminded me that he would be arriving on the above time slot. The fitter then phoned me 45 minutes before his arrival stating he would be at my address at 1830. He arrived bang on time. It took him 20 mins to fit they tyres. Excellent service well worth it If you haven't got the time to go to tyre fitting premises.
I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
