Easy progress through Grisport's excellent website; Renegade grey walking shoes arrived within three days of purchase; and I've already worn them with great comfort and security on a difficult walk. Home now with dry feet - as if I'd never left.

Good service, easy to order and quick despatch. Ordered Glencoe hiking boots and they are comfortable and won't need much breaking in, the fit was good.. Used Grisport as there's a good selection of wide fitting footwear for a decent price.

I bought a pair of action insoles for my Grisport Decoy boots. The difference it made was great , enabling me to wear the boots in comfort all day. I would recommend buying these insoles to increase the comfort and wearability of these boots

Grisport are an excellent well made Italian shoe/boot. The brand are the most waterproof shoe I have ever owned.
Have bought numerous pairs for my partner and myself.
My latest pair are the Phoenix Teal Walking shoe which I am very pleased with.
Ordering and delivery is very reliable too.

I have bought online Lady Adventurer walking boots as I needed proper waterproof boots. They are lightweight, very comfortable and most importantly waterproof! Tested in long wet grass while walking dogs. When you spend certain amount of pounds, what I did, I got a free gift - Merino socks, extra lace and thermos bottle! I am really very pleased!

have just purchased a pair of Livingston comfort shoes. They arrived very well packaged with a very nice and useful, gift. The shoes fit like a glove with Italian soft leather. I am getting on in years so comfort and support when walking is important. I have always been a keen walker and have bought Grisport boots and shoes for many years and never been disappointed. I ordered two pairs of phoenix walking shoes for walking my dogs both in dry and wet conditions, they arrived quickly although I am a size 11.5 I ordered size 12 and found them to be very comfortable with a wide fit, so far they have met every expectation I have only been out twice in them as they arrived today, so far extremely pleased with them.

I purchased a pair of Melrose ‘slip on’ walking shoes 3 years ago. I have used them daily for walking the dog over rough ground. The soles are very tough but comfortable to wear because of the internal ‘springing system’. The leather uppers are well constructed from good quality leather. I have recently replaced them with a new pair because I have worn out the sole with constant use. These are very good quality shoes. I have also received today a pair of Phoenix Teal trekking shoes which I am very pleased with.

Nice boots at Nice prices, Grisport have plenty of choices of boots and of course shoes, I have had 2 pair of Trojan Safety Work Boots, The First pair I bought around 4-5 Year ago now and I'm still wearing them, I had thought they would be needing replacing by now but the soles still have tread on them so the Second pair I bought are still to be opened and used. I have recently just took advantage of the Sale and bought some light walking boots for casual use, They seem good upto now, they are comfortable when I put them on and seem to offer good ankle support as you would expect from boots. I haven't walked in them properly yet so can't comment further on that but if they continue to be as comfortable as they were when I tried them on then Happy Days.

I can recommend their boots as they are bound to have something for almost everyone.

Was recommended to this form for walking boots. Great services and the boots are so comfortable. Straight out of the box onto my feet and able to start walking without breaking in. Sizing true.

Which recommended company who deliver good quality boots at a reasonable price

This is the first time I have ordered directly from Grisport. I can't fault the service I have received. It's been excellent, immediate confirmation of my order and delivery within two working days.
I got a pair of Northway boots (Black) for work. I'm usually a size 11uk and found that the size 45 fits perfectly. The boots are comfy straight out of the box and will only need a little breaking in. Decent leather construction with a really good vibram sole.
I'm really impressed with them and will definitely be getting more footwear from Grisport in the future.

Was recommended to this company as I needed to replace my hiking boots. Although I wanted to change the size of my boots, which I had ordered online, I phoned and was told the boots were ready for dispatch. No problem. The boots were replaced with only a 24 hour delay. Really pleased with the quality of my boots and have since purchased another pair.

I need a wide toe box due to arthritis. Wide fitting boots are clearly identified on the Grisport online shop. Ordering and payment is easy. Communication from the company is good. Delivery on time and as per instructions.... a very smooth process with no dramas! The boots are a Christmas present so I won't be wearing them yet, but I tried them on and walked around the house in them. They are wide enough for comfort in my usual walking socks. The ankle height and cushioning is perfect for me. Good looking, quality boots....very pleased with my purchase 😊

I bought these shoes on the recommendation of a friend, ordering was easy online and a great price plus the free accessory pack, they are very comfortable on straight from box, I would definately recommend these shoes to others.

You only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong so I would avoid them if I were you.
I bought a pair of Avenger boots in November 2024. They’re probably the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn and completely waterproof. I regularly treated them with Nikwax and always allowed them to dry naturally.
After the winter, around May 2025, I noticed cracks appearing where the boots bend. I didn’t wear them much in summer, but by October 2025 the cracks had worsened.
I contacted Grisport customer service with photos. Initially, they said the Nikwax was on the surface, implying I hadn’t rubbed it in properly. After several follow-ups, I received a brief reply stating the issue wasn’t covered by their guarantee.
I then contacted their CEO, who said the cracking wasn’t a manufacturing fault and offered a discount on a new pair. I replied that any boots should last at least a year, but heard nothing further despite chasing him.
It’s a real shame — the boots are so comfortable, but I expected better after-sales support from a company that prides itself on quality.

I have been a customer of Grisport since at least 2014 when I bought my steel toecap work boots from them, they were so comfortable and long lasting I have bought my footwear from them to this day and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to everyone if they want good fitting and comfortable boots or shoes.

Another very good pair of boots. True to size and genuinely wide fitting. I use their shoes as well. Really good service.

Speedy service, good to be able to select Royal Mail as delivery service. Phoenix shoe looks good and is comfortable straight out of the box.
