The store sent me the wrong item. They then said they did not have the correct item, and they have not refunded my money.
They made their policy clear to me: if they send you the wrong item, an item that may be worth $50, instead of the $200 item they were supposed to send, they will not refund any money unless you correct their error by going to the fedex store and send the item back to them within 30 days. This is their stated policy.

I picked this store for product availability as well as significantly lower cost than the brand store. I typically buy from another store that is 30 to 50% of the cost I paid here. Although, that store has been sold out or has not been restocked for a few months now. I purchased women’s Altra shoes, Olympus 5 and Lone Peak. I purchased for my sister after these shoes cured all of my foot pains. Both of our arches were significantly cramping in the morning. After a week my feet felt much better and two weeks no pain at all.
After 3 months I used the Shop app to find this store, the process was very easy and I had no issues. It has been a week and my sister has been able to increase her step count to 10,000 and is feeling significantly better.

My experience with Grivet Outdoors has been nothing but great! I had to cancel an online order and they canceled/refunded immediately. I placed a new order with the help of their team and my shoes were delivered on-time. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Purchased a pair of shoes on Amazon Wednesday for delivery Friday. No delivery Friday and no longer at this address. I contacted Amazon 3 times to cancel or reroute but they will not respond. Grivet Outdoors is a scam store. They take your money and don't ship the product. They also don't answer correspondence.

I order from Grivet Outdoors on Amazon. I paid extra on shipping to get my shoes in 2 days. It's the end of the week and Amazon says my order is delayed. I'm starting to think I'm not going to get my shoes at all. My shoes haven't shipped. Anyhow if I do get them I'll be returning the item because I ordered from a 3rd party seller that has excellent reviews. My mistake was I didn't check the reviews of this place first. I had a feeling something was funny because when I placed my order I didn't get a confirmation right away like I normally do.

My order was canceled because they didn’t have the item but I was not credited.
It’s 2024 get inventory software that works.

Update: was refunded days later.

I ordered a winter coat before Black Friday and I just now got an email saying that they no longer can fulfill it. Very upset. I missed out on Black Friday sales. Very poor customer service.

Would not price adjust an order within 30 days of purchase…customer service just blew me off. The bag I purchased dropped $20.00 and they would not offer a credit or discount coupon….

sir you allow amazon third party resellers and you give us invoice to resell your products on amazon

I didn't get a confirmation email about my order, but emailed their service help email and they were able to forward me a tracking number. Shoes arrived in new condition and the right size.

Unfair return policy
Grivet outdoors has a unfair return policy. They charge 15% restocking, even if you return new shoes within 1 weeks.
In their return policy, they have placed a line at the bottom, " Discretionary returns may be subject to up to a 15% restocking fee."
It does not specify, what constitutes a discretionary return

Great website. Easy customer interface. Good communication. Fast delivery. They make it easy.

Loved the product. I was a little worried about the restrictive return policy in case the boots did not work out on a longer hike but, luckily, they did.
