Service thats lasted

I have been dealing with this company since buying my hot tub a few years ago. I am delighted to say how good this company has been in both the initial sale and just as importantly for me the after sales support. Cost -I paid a good price for the product I got which has proven to be exactly as promised in terms of both quality and functionality. Service - both at the time and over the years since has been both friendly, courtious and profesional with the kind of attention to detail that has in fact saved me time, money and inconviance when Iv'e missed something. e.g. ordering chemicals or service bits. I dont give 5 stars often but in this case I believe its well deserved.

Great customer service from Grizzly hot…

Great customer service from Grizzly hot tubs.
I had a problem with an order of chemicals, but when I phoned the customer sales team, it was sorted very quickly and they very helpful.
Would strongly recommend buy from Grizzly hot tubs.
