After trying this over 4 months and using every method that has been instructed both by grizzly mountain support team aswell as the instructions, I am now giving this up. The beard has turned purple every time and I have repeatedly as instructed used organic base on all instances. Finally they have asked me to trim the beard - now that’s not a solution right ? It takes time to grow a beard ! Definitely no allergies good for skin and all that hence 2 stars but hey I cannot walk around with good skin and a purple beard or buy all kinds of stuff to cover the purple. 100£ down the drain I guess !!

Arrived within 9 days to the UK. I was quite nervous about the indigo or green tint that others had mentioned but if you follow the process on the intsuctions it truly works. I put the dark brown on on a Friday night, waited 20 mins. It hadn’t remotely touched the grey to the side of my face and I had a greeny blue tint. I didn’t panic and in the morning it was a little darker but I used the base for 15 mins and then the dark brown for 15 mins after. My beard is the best it’s ever looked. It looks full and natural, it is really soft too whereas JFM really dries it and I look like a marvel baddie with clip on beard… I can’t begin to tell you how chuffed I am and that I won’t have ti use jfm ever again as it was destroying my beard and face underneath.

Purchased my product 3 weeks ago and still not received it. It’s been sent overseas so I accept a fair time to wait however 3 weeks and still not received the items. Tracking hasn’t updated in the last 15 days so who knows where the package is not. I emailed Grizzly Mountain who replied with ‘it can take 15-25 days to arrive and the tracking will update when it scans in the next facility’. Last scanned update was 15 days ago!
I suggest the company use a more reputable courier company for overseas deliveries.
