We had an awful experience with Grocasa. 6k for having to do the work myself. They were meant to find us a bank to handle the mortgage process, while what really happened is that i had to manage them + the bank resulting in overhead + 6k euros.
Avoid them, just ask the banks yourselves. Especially terrible experience with A. Gutierrez and L. Panicola. Avoid at all costs
