Not worth it

I pay for the yearly walmart+ which includes delivery. I paid for a year up front. Only 1 out of 10 orders is ever correct. Items are missing, rotten, and once it even appeard the driver ate out of my produce. Not worth it, and don't recommend at all. I spend more time trying to get money back for items I never recieved than I do anything else. Terrible.

Sorry customer service to deal with

Got my delivery of groceries from Walmart in South Point Ohio and short items, Driver said call Walmart.. I call Walmart customer care and get a lady in the Philippines on the phone almost an hour.. After four more calls to customer care in India and Pakistan and five calls to the delivery service at the south point store Now I'm at about 6 hours on the phone finally get a refund for the missing items.. And to think I paid for the Plus service to get my groceries delivered..
Tried talking to the manager at the South Point store. Couldn't even get him on the phone..
One sorry place to deal with anymore.

Delivery sucks and customer service out of India is worthless

At 10:00 pm I got a delivery from Walmart. NONE OF THE ITEMS WERE MINE!! I immediately contacted customer service. I was told the items would be delivered. If not I should call the next morning. I called at 8 am and was told items would be there by 11. Nope. I called again at 11:30. Assured delivery would be there by 2. I just got off the phone and was told they should be here by tomorrow!

Last night I placed an order with…

Last night I placed an order with Walmart for items. Some of the canned items were too bent to use. Also, I had ordered a chicken breast. It had been opened, sliced to the size of one strip of bacon and put in a zip lock bag. The price was even changed on the item. WOW! I called customer service and at least they were very nice and gave me a refund.

Walmart took my annual delivery fee of $99 and in 3 deliveries I have had nothing but problems 1st delivery 1day late They take the money upfront and put a hold on more than your order missing items $42 only $27 returned to my account Second Delivery Jan 14th $87 dollars only received $42 at 1130 pm nothing refunded yet Because I am a disabled veteran unable to get items with prosthetic leg I ordered items needed again a $63 order delivered on 5 items none where mine I would not sign for items 3 where woman products I have complained to every possible outlet I can this last driver from Huber a foreigner with a major attitude Walmart is the most In American Company I have ever dealt with The total I lost including delivery service to date is over $200 my next stop is The Attorney Generals Office as I have received no help from Walmart

My first and last time to use Walmart…

My first and last time to use Walmart delivery; got a delivered message, nothing was on my porch, I would have seen a delivery because I was in the front room, looking out the window, when my phone dinged and said my package was delivered. I immediately contacted them, was told to view the delivery picture, what picture??? I am expecting 2 more deliveries from them, not holding my breath, just wish that I had read these reviews, I never would have ordered from Walmart, lesson learned! I guess that I'm gonna have to go to battle to get refunded! Never Again, go somewhere else folks, read reviews!

Frustrated…

I was very happy with my home delivery the first couple of months. But lately, it was not been a good experience. Out of my last 5 deliveries, 3 of them were missing items. The first one that was missing, I went through Walmart and had my money refunded for the item missing. The second one, Walmart was able to contact the driver that brought my order which she found the 2 items that were left in her car and drove back to delivery them. Now today, I had to get a refund from Walmart again for the items missing from my order. This is starting to get old. The only reason I even signed up was due to my disability and my grandkids help the driver carry the groceries in.

Would rather dig through a dumpster

Honestly, I’d rather use Kroger than Walmart. First of all the produce at Walmart is abysmal and I would not recommend anyone buy it. If it’s not already molding, it will be within a day or two so if you are planning on produce lasting more than a day, I would buy it almost anywhere else. I think one of my favorite things that’s happened with Walmart delivery, and I mean that with every ounce of sarcasm, is having an item delivered with the security box still on it. How am I supposed to use an item that I cannot access? And since I use the delivery because I am disabled and it is difficult for me to always get around I am now required to physically return the item to the store since both Walmart and the delivery driver are the ones who messed up the order and not me. Because that makes perfect sense. Let me know fix someone else’s mistake great. I am now literally responsible for remedy the situation that I paid someone else to take care of. At this point, I would rather go dumpster diving than buy anything from Walmart.

Customers beware

Customers beware. I have been getting Walmart delivery now for about 3 years and I just found out it's not even through Walmart. It's through a third party company, so when you're ordering online and you think that these Walmart workers are coming to your home, it is not. Walmart is a third party company that Walmart has hired has no affiliation with. Who's coming out to your home. I looked up the company online.All you have to do is have a driver's license and a vehicle.They're not doing background checks or anything, and they're giving them your information.This is ridiculous.BewareThey're giving out your information to a third party company that you are not aware of when you get delivery.It is not from walmart is from a third party company.All your orders are all your information.Your home address your phone number and everything is being released to this third party company and that is exactly why so many orders are messed up, it's not even through Walmart. If you call pick up, they will tell you that it's not even through them that they don't even they can see that you made order, but it's another company that's actually coming. In the store, doing the shopping paying for it delivering it to your home. They have no control of it even. This is ridiculous.I've been shopping with them for how long they've never even told me this.I'm just now aware of it.It is ridiculous beware that they're giving your information out to a total different third party company that they have no affiliation with

Same as others here. Tried the Walmart plus and ordered groceries. They did not deliver, said they would come the next day, delayed again. I cancelled both the order and my Walmart plus. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend.

Walmart grocery delivery is a scam.

Walmart order on a Sunday. They put it off until Tuesday and guaranteed DELIVERY between 10-12. Never arrived and after 3pm when contacted, they guaranteed a driver just left with groceries. 100% lie. Waited over 8 hours for groceries never even attempted delivery. They play intentional games when you call in. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Put on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. THE WALMART GROCERY DELIVERY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. ZERO INTENT TO DELIVER GROCERIES AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR DISGUSTING SERVICE FORCED ON VICTIMS/CUSTOMERS.

Fifty Fifty Chance You Get Your Order

Ordered my items shipped so there was a reasonable chance I would get them. Anything coming from the store always has a problem. They changed it to delivery from the store and my items were 'delayed'. I'm supposed to keep checking back for updates. I can't cancel and get a refund...which I would not see for up to 2 weeks.....until delivery. So they hold my money and my items until they decide not to and I can't do anything about it. This is just the latest issue with walmart delivery. Ordering items for a meal and having to wait to see what actually shows up; being told something is not available and going into the store only to find it fully stocked with that item; and, getting produce items that look like they were in the clearance bin, are just a few of the ongoing issues. Does walmart even care about the lousy service out of this store? Smdh!

Curbside pick up

Curbside pick up. Point of curbside pick up, correct me if I'm wrong, order online then drive up and have groceries loaded into your car. Wal-Mart version- Pull up and When employee walks up: Can you help me load the groceries? (Note appears in 20's)
Me: There is a 35 pk of water. I have an old neck injury from an accident. I'll hurt my
neck. The employee then says he'll load water and can I help. I am getting things and he is too. He puts items on top of my eggs and bread. There were employees within earshot no help. If he is not capable of loading then he should be given another position. And he had runny nose and sniffing so now I was close.

They forgot items the last two times

They forgot items the last two times. The first was just a couple of things, but yesterday’s delivery was missing about half the order; a total of 16 items. Although not acceptable, I can understand overlooking an item, but 16? I cannot fathom that. They are crediting our account and then we have to reorder. We’ll give them one more chance.

stayed that they attempted to drop off my order but no one ever came to my home.
So they took it back to the Store. This happened twice in a row
Yesterday and today

Love the delivery service just don't like the late alert that an item I really needed is unavailable!

What I like about delivery is not having to leave my house,what I don't like is getting an alert that one or more of my items weren't available and by the time they alert you it's too late to add to the order. I don't understand with their technology why they can't tell you when u select that item that it's out of stock. Noooo they let you order it,needing that item then you get a message saying it's not available. Come on Walmart you can improve this issue!!

Walmart is a DISASTER

Ordered Walmart grocery delivery for my son with autism, who does not drive. They are currently 3 hours late from the latest window time, when I call them they have no personal service, just a machine that says they have up to 48 hours (!!!) to deliver the order past the promised time, then I can cancel it. WHAT?? Why would I want to cancel it, my son needs food!! I want a REFUND of the Walmart+ fee! What a ripoff!!!
