Three weeks before my wedding I went to the Grogo store in Amsterdam and told him that I needed the perfect suit for my wedding. At that time I was recovering from a knee surgery and was still in crutches with plasters covering my leg.

The service that I received from Gideon was extraordinary. Not only was he there to help me find the perfect suit for the wedding. He also made sure that I felt comfortable. He even made sure I got back safe into my car.

He really understood what I wanted and to be honest, the suit was better than I even imagined.

Back in June, 2024, I ordered a suit size 50, but I got delivered size 56. The same delivery date I contacted them, I called and they told me to link up via whatsapp. I was asked to return the product to their factory in Turkey and I will get my money refunded + the posting fees. which I did immediately via DHL and send all the proof and tracking number to them via whatsApp. Few days later, I called to know if the product was received, they said NO. I called DHL and I was told the customs office in Turkey wants the recipient to pay the customs fees before they can get their returned product.
Since then I keep writing to Grogo store, and they keep telling me they did not receive the product and they will not pay any customs fees either.
We are in November 18th, they are so indifferent to my claims, and keep saying they will not pay the customs fees.
so the returned product is being detained at the customs office in turkey. Because of their wrong doings.
At the end of the day I lost 495 EUROS + DHL fees 80 euros.

I wish you well in your Business and trust me, You will loose 1000 times what You owe me. Mark my words...
