After owning a Grohe Red boiling water tap for 7 years I noticed that the handle for the boiling water function had begun to come away from the body of the tap by a few millimetres. I sent an email to Grohe explaining the problem and received a prompt and comprehensive reply including an annotated exploded diagram of the tap and a video showing how to effect a repair. 20 minutes later I had it fixed as good as new.

Quite often when you contact a manufacturer's website for some practical advice you either don't get it or just a referral for a service visit. This was real, simple, straightforward advice from someone who seemed to have experience with the product, with a video which enabled me to carry out a very quick and effective fix.

Contacted Chris R Grohe technical support, he advised how to try a reset on my 10 year old plus Grohe red boiler which had died, reset was successful and I was so pleased with the speedy resolution. First Class assistance thank you

I asked Grohe for help to find a spare part for my 5 in 1 system. It wasn't one of their normal parts but they found a solution and sent me exactly what i needed. Great customer service.

Chris R was quick to respond, confirmed I could get a replacement part under warranty and went the extra step of getting one from the office and mailing it to me to expedite the process - service like this is why all the taps in our house are now Grohe!

When you have a toilet that's 21 years old and just can't put your hands on the paperwork for the parts you need......
The team at Ghohe UK was able to work out the components I had from a few pictures and supply the technical drawing and the part numbers. Oh did I say in double quick time as well.

Claimed under warranty sorted problem swiftly with replacement part arranged for delivery.

I had a problem with a Grohe SmartControl shower and, while the issue itself was frustrating, the support I received from Chris made the whole process much easier.

Chris listened to the problem, looked at the details properly, and arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent out straight away. Communication was clear and practical, and there was no unnecessary back and forth.

Really appreciated the straightforward approach and quick resolution. This is exactly the kind of after-sales support you hope for with a premium product.

My kitchen has a Grohe mixer tap from a previous owner which started leaking from the spout base, but otherwise in great condition. Contacted customer services where Chris managed to identify the product from my photo and the spare part required. Chris then offered to provide me with the spare O ring which was posted out to me, and this has fixed the leak completely.

The 310 euphoria is like standing under liquid silk, the shower head emits 2 falls of water, a central fall with pressure and a surround fall both pressure adjustable. The shower head is 310 mms has the impression of rainfall,, amazing experience. The wand has 3 settings 2 sprays and a pulse action, awesome. The reason I upgraded the shower was I could not adjust the temperature control and if a toilet was flushed else ware in the house I got scolding water, that's a thing of the past, absolute control, brilliant.
Costwise, as I can spend a pound twice it may appear to be expensive but you are going to get a shower that works as it should.

We bought our Grohe mixer shower tap from a local hardware store and fitted it at home. The shower works well but produces a squealing noise when in use. We contacted their Customer Service Team on line and were extremely impressed with the quality of service that we received from them. They replied speedily and arranged for an engineer to come round to look at the tap.

I have been purchasing Grohe products for almost twenty years now and would not buy anything else. I recently had an overflow issue with one of my Rapid SL cisterns. How refreshing it is to be able to speak to a human on the telephone these days. Called Grohe technical customer services for possible outlets for the supply of a new valve for my 16 year old Rapid SL and they provided one as a goodwill gesture. Needless to say I am very impressed with the service provided by first Manisha on the telephone and then Chris R.

Very impressed with Grohe's customer service! Bought and installed a Grohe Get Professional kitchen tap from Screwfix a little over a year ago. The switch for the spray stopped engaging properly, giving me rather sad half spray. On the Screwfix website it's listed as having a 1 year warranty, but in the reviews underneath I saw a response from Grohe stating that the tap actually had a 5 year warranty. Filled in the form on Grohe's site on New Years day, Sam got back to me as soon as their offices reopened and said they would send me a new spray head. This arrived 10 working days later as promised. I'm very satisfied with the way this was resolved and now have a fully working tap again.

Jason from GROHE technical support was fantastic. I thought I was looking at a new £1500 replacement boiling tap. Nope. Bit of instruction from Jason and tap was back in business. Just what we needed with a baby on the way. Thank you so much.

Great tap. Had a problem with installation, contacted service support and they responded promptly and that helped with the installation.

Asked the Helpdesk a shower cartridge install question, Jason responded in less than two hours with a clear and detailed email which covered all the points I raised.

Great quick response about the max weight of a wall hung toilet .

Very pleased with the Grohe Bau toilet, so pleased in fact that I have one in the upstairs bathroom and one in the downstairs w/c. A quaility product, perfect for smaller spaces.

When I had a minor issue with a soft close seat, Grohe Customer Services were excellent; responsive, helpful and understanding. Sent the replacement parts very quickly, all under warranty.

Can't recommend Grohe highly enough. Will definitely buy their products again.
