If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam and have never received my products after more than a month. I also saw 3 other business names that they are under in facebook advertising. They said to get my money back I would have to pay a 10% fee which is not listed on their website. I have sent multiple emails, and screen shots of the other site, and their cancellation policy but to no avail they have not given me my money back!

Product received is nice and accurate to what was depicted. A bit shorter in length than anticipated but overall true to fit. Extended time to receive, which would be good to at least communicate to buyers. Overall good quality and good weight of material.

The delivery took a very long time - 1.5 months, but once it arrived I was very happy with the quality of the sweaters.

I would buy from them again

I’m very happy with the product. The colors are true to the picture, the knit is comfortable, and it fits well. I even received a complement on the sweater today!

sweater is adorable. Was prepared for the long delay due to the pandemic, but there were no updates and then sweater just showed up.

The sweaters are soft and beautiful. I expected to wait longer for delivery but was surprised by just 2 weeks.

It took longer than I expected to get my items, but I did receive them. The sweaters are lovely, a bit thinner than the photos look, but they are beautiful and I actually prefer that they aren't big and bulky.

I would give them zero stars if possible. They hadn't done anything to process my transaction after a couple weeks, so I simply cancelled it. They keep 10% of what you paid as a fee to cancel even if they haven't done any work on the order. I didn't want to wait for the order to come and then try to send it back after reading reviews and learning they will basically not agree to take anything back or issue refund. I posted about my experience on their facebook ad, and they deleted my comment. You see there are tons of facebook comments, but only 4-5 good ones show up, likely because they hide any negative comments. I've seen other negative comments on the ad, and then they disappear. They list the same items under multiple company names as though to keep on the move from their bad reputation under previous business names. Very very unethical.

I wish I had seen this before I purchased. I bought two sweaters and one was much smaller than what was advertised on their website. The other just didn’t fit well. I tried to return them and they refuse to take them back. I paid via PayPal and I am going to make a formal complaint to PayPal and the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor - do not buy anything from this company!!!!

Horrible! Poor customer service, fake links on their website and lied repeatedly about my order and a refund I never got!
