The product is great, the price is great, but three small jars sent in a box the size of a shoe box, with so much dead space it's packed out with plastic bags full of air. I hate to say, but really wasteful, they could have gone into a small cardboard tube.

I have had a similar issue with hand…
I have had a similar issue with hand cream which I ordered, said no longer in stock and would send me a replacement, which never arrived, I emailed and was promised another would be sent out to me, of course this has never arrived, my emails are now being ignored and have requested a refund which again I've not heard back from, looks like a complete scam
