I really like my slippers! They are Groovy, Comfy, Warm & Cute!

The shoes when the arrived did not fit ,uncomfortable and totally disappointment,the advertising was very misleading and the insole they sent was like WOOD. Their solution is for me AT MY EXPENSE to send them back ( the shipping is more then the shoes) or get a 10% refund ($4.95 ) and keep a pair OF USELESS $50 SHOES

I ordered these a month ago. My credit card was charged immediately, I received an order confirmation via email, then crickets. There is no way to call the company, only an online contact form. The company did respond the same day to my inquiry but only to say they would check on my order because they are having backend issues. I’m thinking this is heading towards a dispute through my credit card company. Can’t speak to the quality of the product as I haven’t received it.

Ordered a pair of woman boots, these one GRW Orthopedic Women Boot Fur Lined Warm Waterproof NonSlip Fashion Snow Boots.
Ordered size was US - but arrived EU size which is mapped in an unexpected way, so we needed to make a return but customer support would not answer to any requests for days ...

Read the reviews for yourself. My 5.5 shoes were at least a 1/2 size too small. There really is no viable option to return due to high return shipping cost to Asia. The company will refund 15% of purchase.

I ordered 3 pair of tennis shoes. After 6 weeks of waiting, I finally received a message stating that my shipment was on the way. Once the package arrived there were no tennis shoes! Instead it was a “forever young painting pen!” Not what I ordered at all! I reached out to Groovy wish to complain about my missing items and what had been received in error. Their correspondence basically stated that based on their tracking information my shipment had been delivered… totally disregarding the fact that I did not receive the merchandise I ordered. The craziest part is that, yes… the tracking numbers matched, but the package did not have the items I Ordered. I sent multiple email requests trying to rectify the issue by asking for the correct merchandise and even requested a refund for which all were unsuccessful! I have not heard back from GroovyWish At all.

This was definitely a scam!

We didn’t know we were ordering from China. Beware of this. They won’t let you cancel and they won’t provide a true tracking number. All I want to do is cancel my order. Don’t waste your money or time on this company.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a shoe purchase. The order arrived with mismatched sizes, and two pairs lacked size markings altogether. The sandals were significantly larger than the other pairs, and the overall quality was abysmally poor. Customer service was unhelpful, expecting me to cover return shipping costs, and only offered a partial refund. Additionally, the shoes had a strong chemical odor, clearly not made of genuine leather. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The shoes that I purchased were perfect looked just like the picture n perfect fixing. (True size) unfortunately because I do stand n walk a lot at work they didn’t work for me .i would need a better insole .Long store short I quickly email them n they replied right way. They got me to customer service and I explained to them what was going on and they were very understanding. They were very helpful. Very polite.I would definitely buy again thank you Mrs Mary for your help that meant a lot

I'm hoping this new rating will update or balance out my previous 1-star review. Groovywish did wind up working with me on this purchase and replaced the shoes with acceptable replacements. The shoes are very comfortable and lightweight and very helpful for post-ankle surgery since they slightly lift your heel, putting more weight on the ball of the foot. I have three pairs of these now.

This company is a disaster! Their "return policy" is to mail the shoes to VIETNAM at my expense! The return address on the package they came in turns out to be a storage facility in New York State. Don't trust them. Don't ever buy from them!

I ordered a pair of shoes before a vacation and anxiously awaited for them to arrive. I think it took about a month before they arrived. They kind of looked like the photos but when I put them on it was like elf shoes, not waterproof comfortable shoes, too wide all around. I ordered the correct size and thought I could return them. NOPE - their customer service was quick which was nice, but even with pictures proving I received the shoes and wanted to send them back all they did was restate that I ordered the shoes in that particular size and that they can give me a 50% off for my next order. Umm I’m never ordering from them again - never thought I couldn’t return a pair when every shoe company known to man lets you.

Sandals did not fit, no advertised arch support and had a bad chemical odor. They did not want to refund my money. They said they would give me 15% of my cost. Because it would cost more to return to Vietnam. No indication they were from Vietnam.

Not a well made shoe. Cheap materials. Didn't realize they were coming from China...

I bought these shoes for my Mom's birthday, because she was having trouble with her feet and she loves purple. She is delighted with them and she loves them, she said that they are very comfortable and the order got here in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Grovey wish.

I bought a pair of their waterproof, slip resistant boots for an upcoming trip. I had no idea they were shipping from China or I would not have bought them. The 1st order went missing. I reached out and they did send another pair out. When I receive them, they are cheaply made and the wrong size. After sending pictures and going back and forth, I can return them but have to pay the shipping to Vietnam. What???? This is their mistake. This is unacceptable. After I said no, they said they would try to convince their Accounting Dept. to issue a 15% discount. Again, unacceptable. I’m going to donate these boots and will never purchase from this company again. I got duped. Do not buy from this company.

Excellent shoes, getting ready to order another pair in a different color. They are so comfortable, I where them everywhere! The quality is very good, the sole is very thick, I love that! An amazing find, I highly recommend these shoes. And customer service is very good, fast response, friendly, and they were eager for me to be pleased with my purchase!

I received a pair of defective boots where one the last shoe was larger then the right shoe. So I asked for a refund and they said I could receive a 10% discount on my account, which of course means I would be spending even money on defective shoes. Beware sales are final no real refunds for defective products.

Horrible boots!!! Not leather at all, color not as shown, too big and style not like picture. They offer 15% refund and 20% off next purchase if I pay to ship them back. Shipping is more than what I paid for boots and Id never order from them again!!
I wish Id read the real reviews before purchasing instead of the fake ones on their website.

The Boots i recived are pooe quality and the tread on these boots werent even rubber it is plastic who puts plastic tread on a winter boot it like putting on a paor of snow skis no traction at all great for sleading standind up..the boot is poor quality do not waste your money you dont recive the same boot that you see in the advtisment
