Shocking Customer Service Unprofessional and Total Lack of Concern
Appalling Customer Service. Paid £12 for one shirt to be sent Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day. Tracking Number not recognised. Supposed to be delivered by 1 on Fruday. Nothing. Emailed them. Response? Nothing we can do Warehouse closed until Monday. If it turns up let us know! (Exact words). Absolutely unprofessional, uncaring and disinterested! Still no shirt. Was for a party on Saturday night.

Ordered on a Wednesday and paid extra to be delivered before going on holiday on the Sunday. Shirts arrived on Monday after a had left the uk.

Hi Justin, We did speak on the 31/10/19 just to make sure that your order was correct in terms of sizing. The shirts were shipped on the 1/11/19, via Royalmail, 1st class shipping. I can only apologise for the shirts arriving after you left for your holidays.
