At best very incompetent at worst scammers
This company is not based in the US, look the address up in google maps,
2 they did not sent as fast as they claimed, and could even find the order, before 1 week later.
3. the sofa or whatever, was sent got stocked in Customs. For over an month, so CS offered to refund within 20 bd depending on my bank, bullshit, due they needed a reminder and then they sendes the same day less ⅓ of the amount
4. That CS had already discovered an apologized for it and said the remaining amount was already inciated.
5 a new reminder and this due to a weekend, and once suddenly an amount is on the way, but again around another ⅓ of the full amount.
UPDATE.
They run under other names as well, because the part refund comes from zombrize, and the cs now reply as merrywonders.com (probably changed to fit Christmas)
