Excellent Service from Ground Guards
We recently had Ground Guards install an xtreme mat temporary trackway for crane access on our site, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Connor and Richard were the two team members who handled the job, and they were both excellent—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced in what they do.
They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked quickly without cutting corners. The trackway itself was installed cleanly and securely, allowing safe crane movement without any issues. They also made sure everything was tidied up before they left, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a reliable and skilled team that delivered exactly what we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ground Guardss again and would definitely recommend them—especially if you get Connor and Richard on the job!

I had Connor and Richard on our site in Lindfield and were very helpful. They have installed more ground guards than originally required due to the curved shape of the haul road. They finished in the time we agreed and worked very safely.
Skilful plant operator and installer on the ground also very good.

We are very impressed. The product is great. The 2nd hand fastcover mats were as described, used but in good condition. The ordering process was good and the sales team were very quick with communication and helped us with a tight schedule. Emma deserves a specific mention, she was very professional and efficient despite some challenges we threw at her. The delivery driver was also amazingly patient despite the difficulties of the tricky site access.

We have been using GroundGuards for a few years now and as usual on our latest project the service has been what one has become use too, great to put it in a word. From the survey with Arthur to the service from the depot with Stuart. They are willing to help and adapt to site conditions which is hard to come by these days. I got to have a look in their warehouse where the difference between products was explained to me and could see the product first hand. Decided what to have there and then. Invoiced, paid and I was loaded before I could eat a sandwich.
