Order lost by delivery company, but Ground Cover Solutions customer service dealt with it speedily, sending out a new order on next day delivery. Customer Service agent was fantastic, really very helpful.
I received amazing service when I recently ordered some products. First I got the online order wrong (my mistake on input). I rang the company and got 5* support. They immediately cancelled the order so I was able to reorder the correct item. Delivery - I wasn't given a time slot and was anxious to get it delivered before I had to go to another appointment in the afternoon. Once again, I rang and got straight through to a real person (wow what a treat). The lady (Tasha) who helped me went above and beyond to establish roughly what time the parcel would arrive. She checked very recent deliveries so we could establish his location. After Tasha gave an approximate (but short window), I could plan my day. The driver arrived within minutes of the estimated time. We just don't get service like this regularly, so it stands out so much when a person really puts effort into trying to establish a solution. Yes, I am very very pleased with the service before, during and after delivery. Superb product too!
