Grounding of Sweden 

I have noticed better movements iin doing my yoga fitness almost right away. Then after a few weeks my sleep improved and after a while even better. Really happy I've bought a second one

This company sent wrong plug upon delivery; worst still, it cheated customer, into buying their grounding sheet with either free pillowcase or free grounding mat, but only grounding sheet was delivered; it claimed that the free item was not registered at online ordering time which was not true as I was able to show the relevant screenshot.
The company has agreed to resend the right plug, but has been ignoring my email of complaint, regarding incomplete shipment of excluding free grounding mat.

They advertised a combo of a grounding bedsheet with your choice of a free pillow case or a free mat. I ordered 2 sheets and checked the free mat. They also offered a free mystery gift valued at $49 - That was an eye mask, $49 value I don’t think so!!
When I received my order, I only had two sheets and no grounding mats.
The sheet is flat nothing to secure it to the mattress, so it slides all over the bed.
To me that is false advertising, and a gimmick to get you to order.
They lead you to believe that they are coming from Sweden when they are actually coming from China.

My last comment Was made a week ago, where I wrote, I see what happens, when it arrives. It arrived today and, of course, from China and nobody can tell me, it Was not made there. It is a disgrace that companies like this one pretend it is made in SWEDEN, one orders from them because one does not want cheap crap from China and one gets cheap crap from China. All one can do, learn and warn others, as soon as one Sees an Advert from them. Very disappointing

I want to warn others about my experience with this company.

I placed an order with Grounding of Sweden but never received the goods I paid for. I have contacted the company regarding the missing order, but the issue has not been resolved.

Because I paid for a product that was never delivered, I consider this extremely concerning and unprofessional. I expect either the immediate delivery of my order or a full refund.

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to other customers.

Very disappointed and shocked to find there is no material to tuck in or elastic to anchor the sheet. So under an ordinary sheet it has no effect!

I was actually pleasantly surprised to receive my money back the day after ordering. I had asked for a refund after reading the bad reviews. However, having paid on PayPal with the payment going through immediately, I didn't think I would receive it.

The grounding sheet is very comfortable and has improved my sleep quality . I'm really pleased with it

They advertise themselves with a combo of a grounding bedsheet set and a free mat. On their homepage you have to click on a picture not the 'options' button to get to it. 'Options' give no options, only a sheet.
If you get to the combo page and go straight to the 'get your set' button instead of adding your order into the cart first, the system deleats the mat. When confronted, you hear a lot of smooth talk, taking no responsibility, offering no compensation. Repeatedly.
And the countdown on the page begins anew every midnight.
So three dirty tricks for one combo.
The sheet I got is ok though.

Long delivery time, they market it as if it was made in Sweden, but the item comes from China. The material seems ok, but is 2cm shorter on one side. They promised a 49€ gift on purchace, it never arrived and I was told it is an EYEMASK. Must be very amazing eyemask at that! My advice- do not buy!

The promotion says sheets made in swedennare the real deal and not the cheap knock offs you get on Amazon sent from China. THESE SHEETS ARE SENT FROM.CHINA! I just got the shipping info...

Great to see such clean design and natural vibes. but still improvements needed.

Worst ever! They are not serious
They day you have free trial and guarantee money back.
You need to shop it back traceable to China for Almis 600:-

They promised a swedish product but it was shipped from China, I tried to cancel my order but do not get any reply from the company. I have the right to cancel my order within two weeks but they do not reply, and also the product hasn’t even arrived.

I strongly advise others to be cautious with this company.

Ground of Sweden markets their shoes as ecological and high quality, but my experience has been the opposite. The pair I bought was cheaply made and clearly imported from China — I later found the exact same shoes sold on fast-fashion sites like Shein, at a fraction of the price.

I asked for a refund because the metallic part of the shoe was extremely uncomfortable to wear. They refused, arguing that shoes are “hygiene products” and therefore non-returnable. This is not in line with normal consumer rights in Sweden or the EU.

Their branding gives the impression of sustainable, Swedish design, but in reality, it feels misleading and dishonest. When I tried to raise these concerns on their social media, my comments were deleted instead of addressed.

👉 I recommend that anyone who has had similar experiences reports the company to Konsumentverket and ARN. With enough complaints, hopefully action will be taken against this type of misleading business practice.

If you care about transparency, sustainability, and customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere.
