I ordered sherpa mattress topper from debenhams (King size) was sent double cannot get through any returns portal if you phone groundlevel you are told they are working from home due to covid,sent emails to both companies and not a word back from anyone it will be the last I order from any of them

I purchased some stuff off wowcher and they never arrived
These cons Faked an evri delivery email with tracking ... I know this because I've spoken to evri and was advised that that isnt any of their tracking numbers and the website the link took me to wasn't there officiall website ( but looks exactly like it ) ... wowcher are telling me to speak to these clowns and these clowns are not responding to any emails or calls

I ordered a Christmas arch via Wowcher
It came all battered & not at all like the picture provided by Wowcher. It was missing the lights & was cheap looking greenery & huge pine cones so wanted to return it, but my emails stating this, as it was a requirement,
were ignored.
Now stuck with something unusable unless I pay to return it.

I ordered a heated airer and cover at the end of October. The airer was delivered on 29th but no cover. I sent an email and was in contact with a girl called Lily who was originally really helpful. She sent out a new cover, but it was the wrong product. I was then in contact with Lily who asked for me to provide photo proof, which I did.. no response since the 14th of November.

Not even worth one star, ordered a Christmas Arch which came with 2 part D and no part C so cannot be used. Eventually after several emails they sent part C only to find it does not fit and they now ignore all emails! Wowcher not much better as they say since a spare part was sent if I am not happy I have to pay to return it for a refund, never again Groundlevel or Wowcher

Hi I have this companies double ended electric clothes airer wow what a total waste of money it hardly heats up at tried it out for couple weeks do not bother guys

The same problem as all of the others. I ordered via Debenhams and got my parcel from Ground Level. No replies to my three emails and same Covid 19 message on the phone - how do I return my item and who is going to resolve this for me? £130 down the grid - literally day light robbery - disgusting.

Same experience as most others. Ordered through Wowcher. Delivery was on or before 9/11. Still waiting. I have emailed twice. No reply. I have also contacted Evri again no joy.

Ordered 16.5tog Premium Goose Feather and Down Duvet - King size never received. Communication - none. At least I did not need to be in a battle for full refund

Be very careful. I have ordered a heated airer through Woucher. It has not arrIved. I have contacted Ground Level directly 3 times and no reply. Woucher keep telling me to wait 72 hours. I have asked for my money back but not listened to.
Don’t use them. I will be ordering again on Amazon, next day delivery.
Do not use this company.

What a disgrace this company is I ordered a double quilt in October 2023 but still haven’t received it. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I tried ringing the number but got the same message as other customs I have emailed them asking them to contact Evri (as you can’t contact Evri direct) to see what has happened with the order or to refund my money but haven’t had a reply. I wish I had paid more money and got it from a proper retailer. My advice to anybody thinking of buying anything from Groundlevel DONT save your money or pay that bit extra for your goods.

After reading the reviews just want to put my experience with the company forward. Ordered late on Wednesday night and by the Friday my item was with me. Evri Tracking number was sent via PayPal. Great priced products and will be using again in the future.

I bought a Christmas arch through wowcher after the Christmas sale in January. It’s been put together now in preparation for this coming Christmas. The item is faulty. Looks nothing like the advertised picture and one section of the lights are missing. One side bush the other side skinny scarce. They have no telephone number that’s so they can string you along and not give you any proper answers. I wish I could print the emails they have been sending me back and forth. First I had to provide date of purchase, then pictures, then the section, despite it being in the pictures. Then confirm they aren’t working, then date of purchase, section etc, then told as it’s a while ago confirm again, then just told where to go. Beau told me he would send one out, then Linda, then beau again then this person who told me, they aren’t replacing it, after telling me they would has not named themselves.This company is untrustworthy and should not be trading. My 12 month warranty on my electrical item doesn’t mean a thing. They are thieves and bullies hiding behind their . I’m calling on everyone who has had any contact with this company to leave feedback and report them to trading standards. Had I had the opportunity to research this company I would not have purchased from then. It looks as though they are trading under a different name. WoWcher is just as bad for allowing them to do this. It appears they have sold these arches without parts before l.

Feedback has been attached since I posted this. Trying to make it look like they assisted me. I got a message yesterday stating that the wouldn’t help. I did receive a message from Linda this morning saying she’d send it out. This was after my post on this website. Make up your own minds

Ordered an electric blanket through wowcher,got a mattress topper instead,they said they were sending out a return form which I never received,its now the 7th of November and not had a reply to any of my emails since the 26th of october,have since asked for a refund.

I ordered via Wowcher and only wish I’d read the poor reviews first.

I paid £8.99 for express delivery but guess what? I think you can guess. Yes that’s right, it didn’t turn up. I’ve emailed the company three times but no reply! Congratulations to that ONE woman who actually received her duvet on time. For the rest, take heed of these reviews.

Just as a follow up- this is Nov 2023 and yet when you call the number on their website it says “our phone lines are now closed due to Covid 19”- you therefore have to email!! Seriously, I’m not convinced this company is in business, and it certainly has no respect for its customers. No other company on this planet still says it’s closed due to Covid. I suspect it’s because they’re avoiding complaints behind a faceless email.

PLEASE avoid this horrendous company.

I can honestly say, (based on my experience) the negative reviews here are completely unfounded!
Following ordering the wool duvet through Wowcher on Fri 3rd Nov, I then read a horrendous array of negative reviews on here!
This obviously made me very nervous of even receiving said item!
I needn't have worried as even though I paid for standard delivery, meaning the estimate for delivery was 8th Nov, tracking told me it was with Evri that very evening!!
Subsequently I received the item the next day Sat 4th!!
Please please take the negativity with a punch of salt!
To add, the product is just incredible!!
I know all scenarios/ experiences can be different, but all I can say is I would come back without a doubt!

ordered from debenhams so not worried about all these
negetive reviews, item arrived early well packed and working,would have got 5 stars but no instuctions in box

Should be 0 stars!! Scammers!! Messing me about and refusing to refund for a product I’ve not received!
Product should have been delivered on 6th Oct and courier confirmed its lost yet still not received refund!! SCAMMERS

Well I've been scammed too! Was hoping because I'd purchased via wowcher, they carry out better checks than that. Its put me off ever using wowcher.com again.
