I am writing this review to warn anyone considering using GroupBuyAll.com for a Turnitin instructor account. My experience has been nothing short of a complete rip-off, and I want to prevent others from falling victim to this scam.
This website, supposedly offering year-long Turnitin instructor accounts for $59, is an absolute fraud. Before payment, the individual I communicated with on WhatsApp, which was incredibly responsive and reassuring. He promised uninterrupted service and guaranteed everything would be smooth. He was all smiles and assurances until he got my money.
The moment I transferred the $59 on 9th February, the facade crumbled. I received the account details, logged in once, and then, just a few days later (and after only one day of actual use on my part), the account was dead. Upon attempting to log in, I was met with a glaring red message: "[New account details will be updated in 24-48 hours, sorry for the delay]". This "delay" has now stretched into days, with no sign of resolution.
I have tried contacting repeatedly via WhatsApp, but he has completely ghosted me. My messages are left unread. It's clear that this is a classic bait-and-switch scam. They lure you in with promises of a cheap, reliable service, take your money, and then disappear, leaving you with a useless account and zero recourse.
The fact that the "account update" message has remained unchanged for days speaks volumes. It's a blatant lie designed to buy them time while they pocket your cash. This is not a legitimate business; it's a scam operation preying on those seeking affordable Turnitin access.
Please do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid GroupBuyAll.com at all costs. They are dishonest, unresponsive, and will steal your money. I am now left with no Turnitin access and $59 out of pocket. Consider this review your warning. Look elsewhere for a reputable Turnitin provider – this website is a complete and utter fraud.
I wanted to give them (-5) rating as they are just doing frauds with many users like me but the minimum rating I can give was 1 here at trustpilot. I would request trustpilot to add the negative ratings also for such websites.
I would also try to make a complaint in cybercrime cell as they are taking money and not fulfilling their commitments. All those people who are giving 5 star rating to this website are either their own people or they have not purchased this tool.
If any one want to see the proofs, I have all the screenshots available with me and even the payment receipt.

I have been using the Turnitin service for the past few days. However, when I encountered an issue, the platform became completely unresponsive from a support standpoint. Despite reaching out through multiple channels several days, I received no response whatsoever. The lack of timely support during a critical problem has been extremely disappointing. Overall it seems like a scam website

Groupbuyall.com are frauds and scammers. They take your money and never provide you and account and vanish. Do not buy from them.

The owner of this website, will respond to you and assure you he has the tool you are looking for, but once you pay him, he stops responding. I thought it was because he was not online, but I tried him with another line and he immediately responded, ready to run the scam again. Save your money and your time, this guy is a thief. And if you ask for a refund, forget it, he wouldn't even respond to you. RUN!!

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. After the purchase, they never followed up on the service, and they don’t respond to any inquiries. I contacted them multiple times with no success. Very poor and unprofessional service.

I bought a software key and would appreciate receiving it as soon as possible. However, after attempting to contact them, I found that they never responded after a month. When I no longer needed the product, they sent me an email saying it was ready for use. I had previously disputed the transaction with my bank, but they never replied or delivered the product, and they refused to refund me. When I eventually contacted them a month later, they promised to look into the matter and provide a refund. Nevertheless, they did not follow through on their promise. Now they don't reply to messages. The issue at hand is not related to their actions; rather, it concerns ethical considerations. Please be cautious when purchasing products from this company, as they appear to be unprofessional.

It is a scam. They took the money that I sent, but the account worked only for one week. I tried to contact them several times, but no one answered.

I regret every single moment of dealing with this seller. Honestly, I’m furious. I bought a Turnitin account from them, hoping to get access to a reliable service for my academic work, but what I got was a total nightmare. From the start, the account didn’t even work properly. It was a huge waste of time because I paid for something that was essentially useless.
I finally asked for a refund, and of course, they refused.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with GroupBuyAll. I purchased what was promised as a full year of Turnitin access, only to have my account access removed without any warning or explanation. After the sudden and unexplained deactivation, I reached out through multiple channels—emails and WhatsApp—but to my shock, they not only failed to respond but actually went as far as blocking me on WhatsApp!

This level of negligence and outright disregard for customer service is completely unacceptable. I trusted GroupBuyAll with my money and academic needs, and they have betrayed that trust in the worst possible way. Their unresponsiveness leaves me feeling completely abandoned, and it is evident that they have no interest in resolving their issues or honoring their commitments.

To back up my claims, I have attached screenshots that clearly show the blocked WhatsApp messages, deactivated account, my 1 year access subscription and my unanswered emails.
Also there was a duplicate payment and i never got my refund, even though they said it will be sent back

I am calling out GroupBuyAll for their unethical behavior and warning anyone considering their services: if you value your time, money, and academic integrity, steer clear of this company. I demand immediate contact from a representative to rectify this situation—I’m not interested in excuses, just a straightforward resolution for the service I paid for.

If GroupBuyAll values their reputation at all, they will reach out to me as soon as possible to fix this blatant mishandling. Until then, consider this a firm warning from a highly dissatisfied customer.

This is a Fraud website I have purchased Turnitin Instructor account from them by paying 59 $. Before buying I confirmed that it is an Original Turnitin Instructor Account (shared), not the API account they told me, it is an Original Turnitin Instructor account with Unlimited Checks. After I purchased they provided the API account ID and password with only 87 slots shared with many people. When I tried to ask on WhatsApp about it they gave me the same reply again and again that it is generating reports. The Turnitin Instructor account has more functionality than the API account. In the last, the admin blocked me from WhatsApp. So I suggest everyone not buy from GroupBuyAll.com you can find a better alternative than this fraud website.

For your information, you have not provided the same account details as advertised by you or confirmed by me through WhatsApp. I have only requested all the features of the Turnitin Instructor Account as you are selling an Instructor account.

For your information, I have not used your app or account for even a day and immediately after receiving the account I contacted you through WhatsApp and asked for a refund. But you blocked me after replying on 13th September 2024 at 12:23 AM (Indian Time).

I also tried to share the screenshot but Trustpilot doesn't allow me to share.

After updating my review GroupBuyAll.Com marked my review as flagged so it gets hidden. After getting my review flagged I filled out the Trustpilot request form and provided all the proof and they found that all the details I provided in this review were true and made my review visible to the public.

I bought a Grammarly subscription and revoked aver couple of months, with one WhatsApp massage to the customer service they solved the problem and send me a new credentials. Great & prompt customer service! Thanks a lot!
